I was fitted for grand mother of the groom. came back four months. had to take it home to be fitted (live in another state). what a nightmare! they had to take at least 12 inches off the length, six inches off jacket sleeve, take up shoulders 3-1/2 inches and take in sides. seamstress said dress was 2-3 sizes larger than I needed. now I will have to pay the seamstress a lotmore $$ as the size was way off. ! not happy.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Bellas, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. From their inability to measure properly to their abysmal quality and rude customer service, this place left me with a sour taste in my mouth.Let's start with the measuring debacle. It seems like the employees at Bellas have absolutely no clue how to take accurate measurements. When I went in to get fitted for my dress, I explicitly provided them with my measurements, hoping to get a well-fitted outfit. However, when I received the dress, it was as if they had completely disregarded the numbers I had given them. The dress was ill-fitting, too tight in some areas and baggy in others, making me look like a fashion disaster.Speaking of disasters, the quality of their dresses and tuxedos was shockingly poor. The fabric felt cheap and uncomfortable against the skin, almost as if it was made from some subpar synthetic material. The stitching was haphazard and appeared to be done in a rush. Not to mention, there were visible stains and tears in some of the outfits. It was clear that no attention to detail was given during the manufacturing process.To make matters worse, the staff at Bellas were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I voiced my concerns about the ill-fitting dress, they dismissed me with a condescending attitude, as if it was my fault for not being a perfect sample size. They showed no interest in rectifying the situation or providing any form of customer service. Their lack of empathy and basic courtesy was truly disheartening.All in all, my experience with Bellas was a complete disaster. Their inability to measure properly, coupled with the atrocious quality of their outfits and rude customer service, makes this place utterly unworthy of anyone's business. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and embarrassment by staying far away from this place. There are plenty of other reputable dress and tux rental options out there that will provide you with a pleasant experience and outfits worth wearing.

Store hours are not correct. Drove way out here and says they are open until 6 pm on the door and are certainly not!

Wonderful staff! My girlfriend and I went in to buy her a gown and rent a tux for myself one week prior to our formal event. We arrived at 9:05am. I got fitted, the tux was ordered, and she found an amazing gown before we left at 9:55. Astounding service and great people!

I won't go anywhere else for formal attire. They are so friendly and very communicative. They turn trying on dresses and tuxedos into an event just by their attitude. They know how to fit and style men and woman my husband just rented a tux with them. Plus they have a wide selection and lots of variety for all tastes. I hope they stay in business a long time.

Great people amazing customer service. My wife bought her wedding dress here 7 years ago when we got married. Fast forward to now we called today in need of children's attire for a funeral they were not open because of the holiday but took us in anyhow took fantastic care of us. We couldn't be more thankful for your generosity in just giving a complete stranger suits for my children. Thanks again.
