They provided status updates twice per week and they handled all the details with my insurance company. Nobody ever wants to need collision repair, but if you ever do, this is the place!”

“We'd give 10 if we could. After our (former) 2021 Prius Prime was T-boned by a motorhome mounted on a Dodge Ram truck at 50 mph, we need a new car. That one was total - yet we walked away with only broken ribs. (Toyota's side airbags and emergency operator system worked perfectly).After other Toyota dealers harassing us with bait-and-switch offers for Certified Used Toyotas, which NOT Priuses, not small, etc., I put a call in to Waite Toyota in Waertown - about 5 hours from our house - on a Friday.Matt Spencer was the salesperson I reached, and he was a gentleman from start to finish. We drove home with our replacement 2021 Prius Prime (this happened to be an LE) Sunday. No upsells, no hassles about money or manager intervention, we got an additional 800 dollars off (we asked for 1,000 off) a good 2021, just like the car that had SAVED OUR LIVES, and in a safe, BRIGHT color that can be seen in all weather. All paperwork, taken care of fast. IN ADDITION, he sent a handwritten, personal thank you note, that was not just BS but showed he remembered us.I would drive 5 hours any time to get such a great experience. Sincerely, Anita P.”

“Recently i had the works package performed on my F150 at Davidsons. I got a follow up call after the appointment asking me how it was. I said it's fine it was an oil change. The person calling said that it was noted I had a axle pinion seal leak. I explained I was never notified. It was explained I had to bring vehicle back so they could put dye in it and schedule follow up to examine the dye results. So I arrived for the placement of the dye and I explained to Service Consultant Carmen Andrew's that I was a bit unhappy about this occurrence and in addition my newly sealed driveway had oil residue marks up to 5" wide and after looking underneath I could see the oil residue on a cross member. I asked can we just skip the dye comeback another day solution as it's evident there is a problem. They brought it in the shop confirmed the problem and said they would order the seal and complete the repair. Carmen Andrew's without me asking offered me a complimentary loaner vehicle for my inconvenience because of the situation. I've been having work done at Davidson for over 23 years and on occasion things will not go according to plan but they have always been accommodating to the best of their abilities and I've also appreciated the help of Service Manager Brian Merchant in the past. Miss communication happens it's how it's rectified that matters to me and Davidson Service has always been of value to me.”

“Davidson’s Collision Unit did a wonderful repair job on my car which had damage to a rear panel and sensors. Davidson’s ordered new parts to replace the damaged ones and repainted them in exactly the same color. They dealt with my insurance company and sent me texts to update me on progress of the repairs. The administrative staff were helpful, friendly and very professional. I was impressed!”

“I needed a replacement hatch for my minivan, I looked all over trying to find an exact color match with minimal rust and damage. I found one online at Fenix Parts, at a reasonable price. I dealt with Amanda - her customer service was absolutely amazing - she went above and beyond expectations. Not only did she make sure I got all the parts I needed, but she ensured they were delivered quickly and in sound condition. Once I installed it, the hatch looked original to the van, no one ever guesses it's a replacement!!

“Came here because my axle nut wouldn’t come off and I used a harbor freight tool that was completely seared off. So I went into harbor freight and bought another set and decided to see if that one would work and that one seared off as well. So I was about to clear off the shelf’s with each one that seared off but one of the employees brought out his impact and loosened it for me. I appreciate that man. Only issue I seem to have is some of the people working here seemed pissed off like they hate their job or something. Can be unwelcoming at times.”
“I have never had such a seamless experience buying a vehicle. I had been to some of the competitors in the area (Davidson, FX Caprara) and was given the run around by Davidson. Randy Hemingway helped me tremendously, offered me a more than reasonable offer for my trade compared to the above competitors, and was friendly, transparent, and even cracked a few well-timed jokes.
