The temp controlled building on Water Street is very nice, however, my unit door latch at the outdoor storage on Rt. 283 is rusty and difficult to move. The staff are friendly, but I was disappointed I couldn't rent two units side by side as the unit assignments are generated through the computer. If a staff member rented it to me, the rent was much higher. Aaand the unit next to mine is still empty! Crazy.

Asia the CSR for ko storage is awesome and I feel happy for anybody that gets her when they call bc she goes above and beyond to help me and took care of my issue.. ty Asia your the best.

I had to call twice, and both calls were great, but Maibel provided the “extra” service, assuring I was able to completely access my unit before releasing the call! She was informed, compassionate, and professional while being friendly! This is the kind of person you want providing customer service! Good for you for hiring her!!

I got set up with a 10 x 10 unit. Not even two hours later I got a text message saying they had set me up with a unit that was already occupied, and I needed to contact them to get myself set up with a different unit. They were very kind and courteous about it, which I do appreciate, but also, it is frustrating because they should definitely know which units are already occupied.

Absolutely the best storage unit for the price!! I got the smallest one and I will be upgrading in the future. The storage unit was clean and ready to use!!Setting up my first time visit was as easy as pie, all I had to do was pay for the unit on the website and then go to the location and put in my code. No need to speak to anyone. I love that about this company. They have a secured location so only people with paid units can get on the property. They make it quick, easy and affordable for all income sources. I would recommend to anyone looking for cheap but effective storage.Thank you Kostorage for helping my family during these hard times.

I’m a two time customer of KO storage. I really like how digital it is. The whole set-up is done online or through the phone. Cost is very affordable, and the facilities are easily accessible and safe. I hope to return on my next trip. Also, the KO storage agent Maibel is a true expert at her craft. Very helpful and a cheerful attitude. Ask for her. Thanks all!

I was able to obtain my storage unit online and gain access to the unit right away. I like the gated access and friendly customer service that I received.
