The quality of the clothing is very good. But, don't expect the wider selection you might see at a department store. They carry mostly seaaonal casual wear.

“I love American Eagle and have been wearing the brand for over a decade. Specifically, their jeggings are of amazing quality that come in a variety of sizes. If I can't find it in store, I can go online and have it shipped to the store for free. Being a millennial, I'm not one for crop tops and super high-rise jeans but I usually find something I like here. The staff at this particular location are always nice and helpful. The store itself is also clean and well kept. I went to return a shirt as well as pick up an online order yesterday and it went seamlessly. Great place to shop and I hope this store at the Waterloo Outlets will stay open.”

“There are 2 people I would love to give credit to. We came all the way from Canada to do some shopping. I found a few items to try on and I came across a lovely girl name Sully who made me feel absolutely beautiful in the dress (yes, I bought it) .. not only was Sully friendly and made me feel good in that dress but when it came time to pay we ended up at the register of Dawne. Dawne was overall joyful, attentive and very friendly. She even mentioned how she saw me in the dress and how nice it looked on me. “Well the store is currently using old pictures and an old address so they need to update that. Google maps took me to the old location. I thought they closed down till I called them and was told where they’re located now. I submitted a picture of the current location.”
“Alisia was very helpful, grabbing new wrapped bags from the back stock as I was flying and needed to save space.I bought 7 bags because of her kindness and exceptional customer service.I visited a Daytona Beach location a week prior, and the service was horrible. I showed Alisia the receipt because I did not understand how the same purses could be more expensive at one store over the other. She gave me a refund because the other store did not match the appropriate discounts.”

“Loved coming here, it was my first pair of clarks that I even bought. I loved how the shoes were open from their boxes, this lets you compare variety and styles. BTW I have wide feet! I didn't need to find a wide shoe here, there shoes fit me perfectly. They were having a 30% off of their clearance sale which I only paid $29 for a pair of Clarks! Damn what a steal! This store was clean and the workers inside were nice and helpful!”
