I think it's a great convenient store. How ever, I think they should limit the items people have when people go through self checkout. Waterloo/Seneca Falls Wal-Mart, does not limit their self checkouts to 10 items or less. Lots of people have their carts full to the top, I mean full! That ridiculous! Please fix that! Maybe open more registers.
Another thing is why all the dogs in the store lately? None of them have proof that they are service dogs. Granted there are service dog vests for the dogs. But that doesn't prove that they are service dogs, because you can buy them online. Some have not so clean looking blankets in the carts with the dog lying on it. Ew! I put my groceries in those carts. Maybe someone should be at the doors asking for proof that they are service dogs. Just feel it's very unsanitary. This needs to be addressed too.

I have NEVER been spoken to or yelled at as a customer the way I was today. An older woman at the self checkout near the Grocery end of the store was working the Self checkout today. There was a broken Starbucks bottle in the middle of the self checkouts, she told me to not step in the glass, so I went around the glass and got to one of the self checkout machines , she yelled “What part of wait there don’t you understand!?!” And yelled it in front of everyone. Please for the love of God correct this older woman because she’s going to speak like that to someone who is a lot less composed than I am, and will end up having a very bad day.

If you go here to pick up an order and the woman’s name is Sherry is dispensing your order good luck I have never dealt with a more rude and nasty employee at Walmart. I will not be shopping here anymore. This woman purposefully hides her name badge to avoid complaints and lies about vehicles being dirty when they clearly are not

First the cashier asked me if I needed a bag and I had a bunch of loose items. Then, she stood there and watched me as I bagged my items.... because she wouldn't start bagging them. Is that the process at Walmart? I found everything that I needed but maybe cashier's are just outdated and the self bagging lanes are the way to go?

There is an arrow with a handle, it doesn't look like a Walmart, thank God a lady helped me look for more things I needed, 250 dollars and I didn't see what, post date Coconut water, it's not gold
