Purchased a 2015 VW Golf TDI. Test drove the vehicle and was pleased but noted a minor issue. Their mechanics drove the car and diagnosed the issue which resulted in a bit of maintenance which was performed. When I spoke with Preston two days later, he informed me that they identified and resolved the issue. I let him know i would be there to pick up the vehicle and to please prepare the paperwork. After driving 1.5 hrs, I arrived and the car was detailed again and paperwork ready to go. 20 minutes later, I was on my way in my new (to me) car. Overall, it was a great buying experience and if you are in the market for a used VW OR Audi, I would highly recommend Select EuroCars, Inc.

I bought 5 VWs and an Audi from Joel, plus some parts here and there. These guys work long hours and do whatever they can to help you.
The last time I was in for an oil change, the service manager handed back my paperwork and said oh by the way, you were due for NYS inspection, so we took care of that. No charge since you bought the car here.

To start everything is great smiling faces, we will take care off you attitude..... Talk about agreement which was met, end of May till August 1600 later done happ with that... thankyou but...... when I go to leave hop in car happy excited, then there is a vibration from glove box and a humming sound, ok pull up to door have then look at it, within 5 Mims they come back say motor for something is broken! He unplugged it and said I'm good to go till I can fix it. I say ok I get it, it's and old car so go about my way.... I leave and I'm thinking let me check other stuff... pull over now my windows don't roll down can't check if convertible top works cause the ran storm!!! So I turn around and go back... NO HELP OR ANYTHING!!! they say it is an old car and that is not there fault! So it's on me..... whatever I go this is crazy and that no way this happens and they didn't see any of this from the first and last scan of the car which they charged another 180 buck for!! Ok take the L and starting driving home and guess what..... in this storm, my wipers stop!!! I have to pull over and call them again and be like come on! This is not how I dropped it off and i took the first two problems like a champ.... and they still said it's not on them nor are they going to do anything about it!!!! So if you have a nice European car do not bring your car to this establishment!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!!!!!....................Update 3 days later, go out in garage to start it and go over everything that they happened to mess up, and guess what now the car won't turn on and won't even take a charge, call them back to explain that there is no way that none of this happened before brought to them, but yet supposedly it wasnt them.... again absolute joke of a bussiness!!! Never take ur car here if u care about it!!!

Terrible, wayyy overpriced, my ignorant blonde girlfriend blew $1000 thinking her jag needed 4 simple little things like new oil dipstick and etc, so her being a woman her engine light was still on when we left she never said anything about it because she didn’t want to feel “embarrassed” I’m a real mechanic and these techs just rip off ppl like my blonde gf, don’t let your girl come here, they lied about other repairs she needed but I verified they did not need any replacements, nothing is loose or worn out, just like changing the oil dipstick didn’t make her engine light go out

I have a 2015 VW Eos. The gas tank cover would not open. It may be an actuator. I visited them. They discovered that it was a loose part and no new actuator was needed. They were very honest. The cost was about 1/3 of what a new actuator would have cost installed. Also If you are a AAA member, you get a 10% discount on parts or labor. You also have a 24 month or 24,000 mile warranty on parts or labor. You cannot beat that! The dealers and many independent auto repair shops do not offer this benefit. This place is great.

Joel, Dan and the rest of the crew helped me out when my wife borrowed my Passat and broke it! Just kidding... Water pump went and they fixed that and addressed a few lingering items. Very happy with the service and appreciate their knowledge and expertise.
