If I could give a zero, I would give a zero right now for stars because I’m telling you that I have a Honda Odyssey van from them the engine is going and they know it. They sold me a lemon so I will be taking them to Car I’m paying $9000 for a vehicle that has a bad engine in it so y’all know don’t go to PT auto in Waterloo Seneca Falls Geneva area, which is New York. By the way they are nothing but garbage the vehicles are trash the engines are going. They’re not from Florida like they say they are. I’ve had issues with my engine since I got it back in August of last year and I’ve told them and they don’t wanna fix it or deal with it so I have to pay for a lemon so you all know , Seneca Falls Waterloo, Geneva, New York they are nothing but trash. The vehicles are garbage. I would recommend going somewheres. This is my car that’s not working right and they sell lemon cars and they are not from Florida they lie to you about the cars are from Florida so they are lies and they are not even from Florida they are from New York cars and they over charge you for a car that should be less than the price they charge you for it so it’s a little more expensive to buy a car somewhere else because they don’t like to fix things that you tell them about in the warranty time frame so you all are aware of that so don’t get a car from them you will be paying for a used car that is junk and overpriced so be careful with that because they will overcharge you for a car that should be cheaper than what you are going to be paying for it and they don’t like that you tell them the truth about the cars are junk and they are very rude as well there so don’t try and get a car there because you will be paying for just and over priced cars there

Please do not purchase your cars from this dealership. There is a major lack of safety in there vehicles. Only after a week of having the vehicle one of the tires came flying off, and in less than a month the entire car shut off while I was driving it in the middle of the road. Both battery light and check engine light came on during this time. Thankfully no one was hurt during these events but at the same time that’s two times in less than 30days where someone other than myself could have been fatally hurt. Overall not a safe and reliable vehicle.Side Note: One of the mechanics who works for AAA evens stated he has purchased a couple of vehicles from this dealership and has also experienced major issues from them and that it wasn’t the first time he’s had to pick up vehicles purchased from them off the road.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I absolutely would! Do NOT buy from them! They are crooks and sold my mom a junk vehicle that had its engine light on, told her to bring it back “next week” and they promised they would fix it! She has brought it there 6 times just for them too erase the engine light with their code reader and give it back to her! NOW they are refusing to fix it !!!! The vehicle my mom got was for $9,000 and only worth $3,000! She’s paid majority of it off and they STILL won’t fix her car. JUNK CARS, JUNK WORKERS AND JUNKY OWNER!!!

*Update***They fixed my vehicle immediately with no issues. It was a water hose that blew. I have had no issues since.Bought my vehicle and brought it home on Thursday, drove it home, to the store then work, on my way home from work the engine blew. No weekend number, they are closed, let's see what Monday brings. Will update my review accordingly after seeing how they handle this situation.

got two vehicles from here. one completely stopped working about 3 months after getting it! GARBAGE vehicles! the van i got both sliding doors have stopped working very shortly after buying it, the battery in it was junk right off the bat, very unsafe vehicles. im not sure how they can get away with this! and don’t get me started on customer service. the lady is very rude, has a attitude all the time and very unprofessional. i would not recommend this place at all. need a vehicle in a pinch? just be prepaid to have to put more money in to it to fix it then the dang thing is even worth!

Don trout is also the owner of SF auto ran by matt. My fiance had nothing but trouble with the vehicle she was purchasing with dashboard safety lights coming on, after three times of "fixing" the problem her front tire fell off from all the lug nuts snapping. She contacted SF auto thats ran by Matt, his reply to my fiance on the phone was sorry nothing we can do about it, and then hung up on her. I don't know if Don Trout knows what all happened at his dealership (SF auto) but I would never recommend buying from either dealership

I got my GMC Envoy XL from them. I had to put 4 times the amount of money into fixing it then what it was worth. I still never fixed it enough to be safe for my family. I had to end up giving it back to them and now in search for a new vehicle for my family. So at the current moment I don't have a vehicle. I recommend no one goes here. It's just disappointment
