I had a pair of Nike Winflo 9 sneakers and absolutely loved them. They were so comfortable. As I’m on my feet all day so I needed something that was comfortable. But after a few months they started squeaking and they sounded horrible. Nike has a 2 year policy if the shoes are defective you can return them. Well I did and went with the Nike Winflo 10. The 10’s are definitely not as comfortable as the 9. I think I will be turning away from Nike for awhile and going elsewhere.

STAFF NEEDS A UNIFORM!!!! They are wearing regular clothes or Nike attire I only saw 1 staff on the floor with a lanyard and badge attached.everyone ant the register had a staff badge. Other staff on the floor just blend in with customers which is confusing. It wasn’t until one asked me if I found everything ok that I realized she worked there. Other guy had a gold chains on. They just all looked like that just walked off the street or from their couch?. Every one at least needs to WEAR THE SAME EXACT THING.

Closest Nike store to my house. The selection is pretty good, it’s not the biggest Nike factory store I’ve been to but not the smallest either. Their shoes are neatly organized. For the past few years every time I checked out an employee told me if I download the Nike app and make a new account than it will give me an additional % off, usually up to 20% but the last time I went they weren’t offering that promotion anymore (last week). When I checked out this time they had a rack that had shorts on it with a % off but when the employee rang them up it didn’t reflect the discount. They almost didn’t give it to me! I had to tell them to go look at the rack because they didn’t believe me. It was clearly listed (picture attached) Other than that it’s clean and always has more than enough staff ready to help or answer any questions. It’s best to go during the day M-F or expect lines.

Our son absolutely LOVED this place!!! I couldn't get him outta there! He wanted just about everything he saw! He was excited to be finally going into men's sizes?? A nice gentleman that was also shopping, had some Jordan's that were lit...I even wanted em...lol ? But he told us the brand new Travis Scott's are coming out soon and that was all we needed to hear...cuz someone's got a birthday ? comin up next week already!!! I know where to hook him up now!!
