The crew here went above and beyond to get us back on the road. We we’re returning home from vacation and punctured a tire on the thruway. It was too big a hole for the fix-a-flat system to seal, so we had to get towed. They found a tire in Geneva (10 miles away) and sent someone to fetch it!

Every oil change we rotate our tiers when setup a appointment we ask to have our tires rotated and they did not rotate my tiers and gave me my vehicle back without the tiers and there was no inspection of our vehicle as part of are oil change as a former employee that was a horrible job

Fran and the technicians at Monroe in Seneca Falls NY are great to deal with. The prices are ridiculous. 160 an hour labor rate. I hope you are paying the staff well.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and battery check and were kind, professional, and happy to answer my questions. It can be difficult for women to exist in car mechanic spaces, facing sexism and condescending attitudes and the guys working here made me feel welcome and heard. Will be returning!

Poor Customer service and paid $300 for a new tire and alignment serviceAlignment not done and told me to come the next day the next day I had to wait 3 hours and still did not complete the job would like to request a refundAnd none of the employees have any knowledge of wheel alignment.
