Amazing people!!! They moved our community food pantry and did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! They were prompt, polite, responsive, and very easy to work with. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. And they are community- minded!!! We could not have asked for a better experience! We would give 10 stars if we could! Highly recommend!!!

Great moving company! We have used them to move three homes. They are prompt, fast workers and extremely hard workers. They take great care of the furniture and delivery instructions. Their pricing is great, too! We highly recommend this team for your next move!

I would recommend this company to anyone moving in Seneca County. Chris came to my apartment prior to the move and gave me an accurate estimate that was exactly the final amount. He was responsive to my inquires leading up to the move. The three employees that came the day of the move were punctual, polite, hard working, and very careful. One of my former neighbors remarked they've never witnessed such a quiet move. My things arrived two hours south to my new place in great condition. The guys were patient with me as I placed items, and everything worked out beautifully. I appreciate their hard work!

This is not a moving company. They are thieves possing as a moving company. Last year I used them to move out of state. The price they quoted me was $2000 less than what they charged me. The kicker? They stated "some of the boxes were really heavy" after NOT even moving my washer and dryer a large dinning room table and chair set a futon and a queen size bed which were included in the "estimate". Seneca Crooks would be a better name...

I would highly recommend Lake Country Moving! Nate and Joe were amazing to work with. We stepped back and they got right to work and moved and packed our belongings expertly. They made our move so easy! Thank you for making a difficult move so much easier!

For moving, yes; for storage no. The movers on both sides of our move were very professional, careful, and pleasant. Nothing was lost. Two delicate items they packed with great care, the grandfather clock and large handmade doll house, arrived with no damage. We packed most boxes ourselves and they arrived in good shape. We were baffled then by the extent of damage to many pieces of our wood furniture- gouges, nicks, scratches, broken corners. Most sadly these included gouges on the top of a beautiful cherry dining table and a trim piece broken off a teak nightstand. Since the furniture all left our old home wrapped well, we can only assume the blankets were removed and the pieces left unwrapped during the several months we had to store it, and moved around carelessly. Also, the storage was advertised as “climate controlled” but an expensive brass lamp had corrosion and other pieces appeared to have been damp at some point. The office would not explain but did offer some monetary compensation. So, I would recommend them highly for moving but would not recommend them for extended storage.

Lake Country Moving and Storage is the local interstate moving agent for Wheaton World Wide Moving. Dale LaPlaca, customer service representative, was our first contact with the company after requesting an online quote. She was persistent (in a positive way) at reaching out until we were able to connect via phone to discuss the next steps. On the phone she was friendly and helpful with setting up the next steps. We also had a good experience working with Chris, who conducted a tour of our home and worked hard to find an option that would work within our budget and timeframe. He was professional, friendly, quick to respond to all of our questions, and overall maintained good communication throughout the process.

I could not have been more impressed or pleased with the wonderful job that Seneca Mover's Tom, Tim and Lorenzo did for me. Moving from a 3rd floor apartment in itself was a challenge, but their care of each piece of furniture, boxes labeled 'Fragile' and everything in between was impeccable. Unloading and placing items exactly where I'd envisioned, and boxes labeled with designated location were placed perfectly. Their friendly teamwork and skillful maneuvering of very heavy pieces was truly inspiring. Aside from what a great 3-man team they were, Seneca Movers price was far less than I'd imagined, ending up well below the initial estimate. THANK YOU, Seneca Movers and Tom, Tim and Lorenzo!
