Alisia was very helpful, grabbing new wrapped bags from the back stock as I was flying and needed to save space.I bought 7 bags because of her kindness and exceptional customer service.I visited a Daytona Beach location a week prior, and the service was horrible. I showed Alisia the receipt because I did not understand how the same purses could be more expensive at one store over the other. She gave me a refund because the other store did not match the appropriate discounts.

Horrible business experience with Jennifer. My business tolerated being moved from a prime location, to the nosebleed section, no social media presence with the mall, NO REPAIRS or basic upgrades to old and sleepy storefront, but wanted me to pay for everything a landlord should take care of. She charged my business $200 in “liquidated damages” when I left the place cleaner than I found it. I PAID THE $200 in a rent check and now, after 6 months of me chasing my $250 security deposit she says I “violated” multiple sections of the lease and it’s not being returned. Lady, you have a lot to learn about life and how to treat people. You don’t deserve to be in the position you’re in doing what you do to people and businesses, especially the bid process. Took you 6 months to weasel your way around keeping money that’s not yours. Terrible, horrible, and an experience that was everything short of excellent. I didn’t survive 10 years in business this year because I didn’t sweep and mop the floors along the way.

We went today and was disappointed in how this favorite outlet shopping place has changed since Covid. No food court left except Steak & Potato. Some of our favorite outlet stores have closed and Vanity Fair is now Lee & Wrangler clearance outlet store. We left with buying absolutely nothing

Still too uptight to let vaccinated people go without masks. If you don’t want to wear a mask don’t bother coming here. Also more stores closed then open.
