The quality of the clothing is very good. But, don't expect the wider selection you might see at a department store. They carry mostly seaaonal casual wear.

“I love American Eagle and have been wearing the brand for over a decade. Specifically, their jeggings are of amazing quality that come in a variety of sizes. If I can't find it in store, I can go online and have it shipped to the store for free. Being a millennial, I'm not one for crop tops and super high-rise jeans but I usually find something I like here. The staff at this particular location are always nice and helpful. The store itself is also clean and well kept. I went to return a shirt as well as pick up an online order yesterday and it went seamlessly. Great place to shop and I hope this store at the Waterloo Outlets will stay open.”

“There are 2 people I would love to give credit to. We came all the way from Canada to do some shopping. I found a few items to try on and I came across a lovely girl name Sully who made me feel absolutely beautiful in the dress (yes, I bought it) .. not only was Sully friendly and made me feel good in that dress but when it came time to pay we ended up at the register of Dawne. Dawne was overall joyful, attentive and very friendly. She even mentioned how she saw me in the dress and how nice it looked on me. Those compliments meant everything and I am happy we ended up in the store. Thank you for all your help! - love from Canada ??”

“The mall is great and all outside. Most stores are nice but the adidas had basically nothing. They also don't have basics like PINK/Victoria Secret, Aerie, Bath and Body Works and stuff like that. But they did have other basics like AE, Champion, Colombia and more! Very nice and enjoyed my time here. But keep in mind not every story is an outlet. The Nike store was fully priced !”
