I was outlet shopping yesterday with a friend and I stopped in to get my boyfriend a few things. He's a size that's difficult to find 2XLT. I was very pleased with the selection and prices. However the reason for my review is the sales associate Ashley. Not only was she knowledgeable she took her time and was patient with me and my many questions. She is a gold star to this store. I truly hope Ashley is appreciated for the wonderful customer experience she provides. I bought even more because of her! Thanks again Ashley!

I did share. I received an initial phone call, and was told that my experience was not right, and they would check with their manager to 'make it right' by providing a discount or credit on future purchases, but there was never any follow-up.
