Staff are very rude. Especially the staff of the fitting room. She is not even there for her job and will call on the customer when you are looking for some help.

We loved our experience at Calvin Klein Queenstown outlet! Top drawer service plus I gave my email and got 15% off ( this was a weekend promotion I think) clothing is stylish and comfortable!

One of the places to shop for discounted designer clothing The staff at Calvin Klein and the management are friendly and efficient. I just can't drive past this place on my monthly trip to the Eastern shore.

Went to return item at store in the south west side of mall december 29 approximately 3-4pm. Female Employee named Alex was beyond rude I would say this was the worst experience at any Calvin Klein store I have ever went to in my life. She was very lazy and unhelpful I said I would be contacting a store manager on the way out and she said " I am the store manager". Well you have the wrong person running this store without a doubt. If any customer expects good customer service at that store I would highly recommend going to the other calvin on the east side of the mall. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. I followed up with the DM manager who was very understanding told me to go to the store on the east side of the mall because I would be better handled.
