Brought vehicle in by APPOINTMENT for a specific noise coming from the turbo area, had one of the service writers ride with me so they could hear it. Thought we were on the same page about what could be causing the noise. 45 minutes later I'm brought in and was told it was my heat shield, I very questioned it as the noise sounded nothing like a heat shield and was told I'd be SUPRISED, well due to the location of the heat shield I had it replaced anyway and they were sure it would be the fix, I cashed out drove it around the corner and brought it straight back cause the noise was STILL there wow I was sure surprised. After going back in they stated that they were too busy today and would have to reschedule, they never even looked at the turbo or the exhaust they lifted it seen the heat shield and assumed, I will never be being another vehicle back to this place. Take your business elsewhere.

Went in for an oil change. Was done in no time. One more trip in the end of February to see if she needs a wheel alignment. The service crew is fantastic. Thank you so much !!!

Steer clear. Many dealerships are predatory but these guys are on a whole new level. Your best friend until you sign the papers. Customer service is nonexistent, no one ever has any info unless you are a potential sale, BUT they will call and email with a new offer every time you check your payoff on the lender website, and I mean every. single. time. for 5 years. The worst of it is that I am still trying to get my title after I paid off the car 2 months ago. No one seems to know anything. The only reply I've gotten is from Brent Cooper, a "customer care" rep who just asks if I have any other questions before passing me on, but he never answers the only one I had, which is how to get my title.You could probably do better just about anywhere else.

My Wife and I went in to buy a Chevy TahoeThe experience was poor and the sales manager was even rude to us.we are cash buyers and he( sales manager) acted like we were not important. He only had two Tahoe's remaining due to the apparent COVID shortages of vehicles so I guess he felt like it was a take it or leave it situation especially as it related to his treatment of us as customers.Even after we negotiated a final sale price of $75,000 I might add the details of the delivery were again dealt with with a rude attitude and a take it or leave it from the sales manager..... at that point ,we decided to Leave it and went to another place.
