“This spot has high ratings for good reason. What you read in the reviews here is accurate and true. I recently called a local chain competitor, they wanted 550 to do the work. Being in the automotive industry that seemed a bit high, this place is located near my house so I gave them a call, they were able to get me in the next day and have it done same day for 340. Keep in mind, this was very much non-invasive work so not everything will be done in one day, when you read this. They were polite, courteous, and very accommodating especially having the time constraint traveling for the weekend... they also test drove the vehicle and checked out everything. This spot is legit. Shop here with confidence.”

“Polite staff not pushy. Needed a car inspection and wasn't sure if my car would pass because of the brakes. Needed oil change and they advised me no issues with my brakes but two tires would not pass. Ordered 2 tires for delivery the next day and went back for new tires and passed inspection. I'm a woman and the employee didn't "mansplain" or degrade me and was professional and curteous. Thank you, I will be back if I need anything in the future.”
“We just moved to NY and hadn't had time to look around for a good mechanic. So when my car started throwing what seemed like every error light and locked up my brakes while literally on the way home from getting it registered I was pretty stressed out. I looked up the closest shop with good reviews and managed to get my brakes to unlock long enough to limp there.
Turns out I had two faulty wheel speed sensors. One was completely dead and the other was just causing intermittent errors. Mark is very friendly and really takes ownership of their work. They ended up needing to keep the car a bit longer after first calling me to say it was ready, due to discovering the intermittent sensor was actually faulty and not just dirty or something. He apologized profusely and went above and beyond to test drive the car multiple times before calling me to come get it again at no additional charge for the added labor, just the new sensor. So far so good on the repairs and my husband and I will absolutely be going here for both our vehicles going forward.”
“I recently had worked on at Mr. Tire- my exhaust system was replaced, including catalytic converter, exhaust pipe and muffler. I also had my summer tires put on and my headlamps replaced on the front. I worked with Perry and Tim in the front office to book the appointment and make the payment. And Jody did the mechanical work on the car. I was happy with all of their work and customer service. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I was also pleased with the price. “We were up in Latham, NY on our way to viewing the solar eclipse when our car started shuddering and making a funny noise. We didn't want to end up breaking down in the middle of nowhere on our way up to Plattsburgh so we found a mechanic shop nearby. The guys at this place were wonderful. They did a quick diagnostic and after a delay to get the parts we needed, they also did the work required very quickly. They were good natured and able to explain what was happening and keep us updated. I'm very grateful that we ended up in their kind, capable hands.”

“I was almost hesitant to write this as I don't want more people to begin visiting thie establishment and making it more difficult to get service done here, but they deserve a shout out.I've been going to this location of Warren TIre for years and have always found them very reliable and have told me on more than one occasion that I didn't need something more expensive! For example- I thought i needed brakes after hearing squeaking, they told me that my emergency brake was stuck but the brakes themselves were fine.”

And he came out and was honest that my shocks were fine and that the squeaking I'm hearing sometimes is just because my car is older.
