I had the pleasure of visiting the Pioneer Bank branch in Waterford recently, and I had to express my admiration for the team's exceptional dedication to providing excellent customer service. I was met with kind smiles and a sincere desire to help as soon as I walked into the branch. All of the employees were exceedingly professional and well-versed in the range of financial services and goods that were provided.Their commitment to making sure that each of my unique banking needs was satisfied with the highest level of attention to detail was what really stood out. Pioneer has been my bank since I first opened an account many years ago. I love it here, they are so helpful and understanding. The Waterford branch has been taking care of my needs and I have to say everyone there is exceptional!!Lynda has always been my go to, followed her from her previous branch. Never worked with a more thorough, knowledgeable person! I seriously recommend doing business with this location and specifically Lynda:)

I have had my checking account at this bank for many years and can't say enough good things about the staff at Waterford branch. They are so nice whenever you go there and so pleasant to deal with. Pioneer should give them all raises!Peter Haldeman

This bank is the best! All of the employees have gone above and beyond their job titles. Any time I needed help or had a question they were there with an answer while not making me feel silly for asking! I highly suggest this location!!

I pulled a 20 out of the ATM, went inside and asked for a roll of quarters. Was told by the petite blonde teller that I had to provide proof that I bank here before she could give them to me. A few weeks later my boyfriend went in and requested a roll of quarters from the same teller, who have them to him, no questions asked. Completely baffling and unprofessional.

Terrible service, pull up to drive they window to be ignored forever until another car pulls up and sends theirs over, then finally someone out of the 3 sitting at the front desk decides to get up and come over, but then hands both tubes off to other workers. Thennnnnn the other car that pulled up gets down before me which is fine, mine was probably a longer transaction, but when the tube was sent back over to him, not a “thank you have a great dayâ€, nothing, just put it in and sent it over and walked away lol Drive thru is suppose to be convienent, not ignore people, and it shouldn't take that long to be acknowledged, not like your job is that hard, did it before 👌 However the young girl that ended up doing mine, came over and was very nice and polite with “Have a great day†attached.

I chose pioneer bank because its local and had a free checking account. I just received a letter in the mail that they "upgraded" my account and now i have to pay a monthly fee... i never asked or consented to this they just did it. If i never saw that letter i would be being charged without my knowledge. I am going to bring this up to legal counsel to see how this is legal because it shouldn't be and i suggest anyone with a checking account does the same.
