Luckily, Trustco sensed something and called me to see if I did write it to him. I had to close my account and open a new one. “People come on here mainly to piss and moan. Want proof? Look at the 2 reviews Sunmark has received, - 5 years ago and 9 years ago. Each under completely different leadership. Since, Sunmark has expanded significantly, branches have been remodeled for better member services, and their loan process streamlined. Interesting how nobody comes on here to say any of the positives. Miserable people everywhere.”
