“We used U-Pack for a move from NY to FL for a new job. The company was great every step of the way! I had to start work on a particular day, so the sales person figured out what day they needed to drop off the POD for us to pack and when it needed to be picked up for its trip to FL so it would be in FL in time for our movers. We weren't sure if we would fill one or two PODs so we had two PODs dropped off but we only needed one. There is no charge for the POD you don't use. I paid a small extra fee for a guaranteed delivery date, which I would highly recommend. I would also recommend to purchase the additional insurance since the standard included replacement coverage is too low in my opinion. The POD actually arrived a few days early in FL and U-Pack kept it at their location until we were ready for it. They dropped the POD off at my new place on the day they said they would. 100% happy with their services. I would definitely use them again.”

They use family members, plus 1.........they were so fast, so efficient, polite, and very affordable! I sincerely cannot recommend them highly enough. “I was mistakenly charged a late fee due to a computer issue and Dino explained the issue and refunded me. When I picked up my truck it didn't have a full tank, and that wasn't reflected in the contract he indicated. I explained it was a little under and he took my word for it and refunded the gas charge, as well. Honest and excellent customer service from Dino.”
