“Well I didn’t check the ratings before but wasn’t surprised when I saw the high ratings. The dealership was pleasant with the greetings. I got introduced to Tom Salamida as the sales person. Tom’s style was wonderful no pitches just info and insight. I did end up agreeing to a vehicle. I also met Alexandra, business manager who was again thoughtful in her discussion. One thing of note was that I had asked for a test drive appointment but didn’t get a confirmation. The walk-in experience was good enough in my case.Now comes the hard part but Look forward to the start of this relationship.”

Having seen horror stories on YouTube about people buying "rusty crusty" cars through the Internet made me especially cautious. Therefore, I chose to buy a car through Verrillo Motor Car Co. in New York, and I can confirm they are a very serious and trustworthy family business company. Since they are collectors themselves, they do business in a different way, compared to your typical car dealer. I bought a 1966 Mosport Green Corvette Coupe, big block 427, manual gear with only 22’200 original milage! I was extremely happy receiving the car after the 2-month shipping procedure to Switzerland. They accidentally overcharged me for tires that had a rebate associated with them, so when they found this out they called me to give me the rebate in cash. “I visited my go to place for car repairs and another auto garage to get my AC checked. My regular store didn't have the equipment temporarily and the other store had no appointments for a week. However, someone stole me that I can do this myself, so thought I start this DIY project of recharging my car AC.I checked walmart, autozone and advance auto but NAPA had a deal equivalent or better than the competitors. I ended up saving over $200 with a diy project and hopefully it works as I'm using the savings to treat my son for his favorite hibachi.”

“Clean Parking lot, friendly staff. I would have given 5 stars ?. But.. The employee helping me looked up the headlight i needed for the make and model of my vehicle and pulled it from the shelf for me. After looking at it, i said "im pretty Sure that's not the right light". Yet he continued to insist it was. So i bought it, went outside to change the bulb and BAM! Bobs your uncle.. it was indeed the wrong bulb. Which then turned intothe need to walk back in and return it for the correct item.”

These guys at this repair store are the nicest and most trustworthy people we have met. During a trip from Maryland to Canada, we noticed a terrible noise coming from our right front tire. Unfortunately, it was Thanksgiving Day and all the stores were closed. This store happened to be the nearest car repair store so we stopped by knowing it’s a long shot. Store was actually closed but we saw some staff came out from the store so I asked if they can handle it tomorrow, but they graciously checked out my car immediately and finded out the problem,and solved the problem. They are true professional!!”

“I can’t say enough great things about Tesla Latham. Marcy is a gem and helped squeeze us in for tire servicing while on the road for Thanksgiving (we curbed or potholed and damaged a tire causing a vibration and steering shimmy). When I picked up the X I realized that my pre trip cleaning caused the driver seat to get stuck fully aft. Bill came on the line and spent 20 minutes with me to resolve the issue over the phone without having to make another 65 mile round trip. And, they have a full demo fleet available while you wait. The leadership of this location has done a great job finding a tesla team with empathy and professionalism. The solar/powerwall team departed early across their 8 plus Tesla fleet of trucks. The crews were busy loading batteries and jogged from place to place. This kind of hustle tells me Tesla is taking care of this team and the team is taking care of us as their customers. I’m so impressed. Suggest Tesla harvest their expertise and replicate this level of service nationwide.”
