Bought two products here and when I got home one was open and dried out and the other was expired. Went to get a replacement and most of the product on the shelf was already expired or expiring in a month. When I returned the products and showed them the condition they were in the cashier didn’t say anything except “what’s your phone number” to start the return. Not a great experience

Sarah, the manager, is fantastic! She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure that I found the best products possible and that everything matched my skin tone properly. As a mixed woman, it can be hard to find the proper tones that do not dull you. She was patient, answered all of my questions and I now have a terrific glam kit. This is the first time in 15 years of going into a beauty store that anyone has every helped me so well. Highly recommend Sarah and her location.

Beautiful clean store. Friendly staff. Bridgette is always willing to help you decide which blush is good for your skin tone. Amazing hair stylist. 10 thumbs up!!!!

Ulta beauty employees don’t explain pricing and service well to you. So you end up paying so much for less than what you got. Paid $290 for a full highlight with a cut and blow but only received a partial Highlight. I recommend not to come here. Very unsatisfied and when I called to get the back fixed I was told it would cost more. If I was booked for a full give me a full not a partial and charge for a full. Not right.

Ultra Beauty is the ultimate store for all things cosmetic, hair and beauty products and accessories. They carry top name brands as well as those you'd quickly find at CVS and Walgreens. So whether your favorite beauty are products lean toward designer prices or are modestly priced, this store can meet next most budgets and desires. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer attractive holiday gifts for stocking stuffers and offer a bevy of goodies for men too, like Cologne. Enjoy a visit here as for most girls; it is like a visit to the candy store. Just yummy!

I had the BEST experience with the salon at Ulta!! Nicole is the best hair stylist she really knows how to keep me blonde I get compliments on my hair color wherever I go!! She’s also a pleasure to be around. Pricing isn’t controlled by the stylist and it’s the normal price you’d pay for high lights not to mention you’re going to a salon in the Hamptons! If you’re looking for the blonde hair you’ve always wanted she’s your girl. She’s also amazing at color correction and hair cuts I’ve seen her work magic on hair she’s had to fix from previous stylists!

I usually have a stylist that I see in Manhattan... but since I moved back to East Hampton I decided to give ulta a try. I saw stylist Nicole at the salon at Bridgehampton and let me tell you she exceeded my expectations. She took the time to explain the process and what I wanted while keeping the integrity of my hair! I love being blonde but could never get it to the point I wanted until I went to Nicole!! My hair is perfect!!! ts exactly what I wanted! And she will have a forever client!! Ulta Bridgehampton was all around a great experience, and I look forward to visiting again!!
