I’m a contractor and any time I need something related to faucets and sink this is the only place where I go . Yes you can go to home depot but if you want better looking and better quality product this is the place to go to .

I can't put into words how bad this place is. We ordered 3.5k worth of faucets. Run around on delivery. Lied to by the sales rep who called himself the manager. Had to absolutely blow them up to get any response to ultimately never hear back. Give them your money than it's a black hole.

No way would I ever recommend them! 4 times now getting the wrong material on the same job. 25% of it was either wrong or missing! Now I have to make another 2 hour trip back to the job when and if they send the right stuff! So far I'm up to 4 unnecessary trips. So many wasted days and losing money because of somebody not doing their job right. I'll leave the names out of my rant.

The WORST company....I gave a 50% deposit for a job about $180,000 for windows and doors. The windows and doors were supposed to be complete in February 2017. Its September and the job is not complete and the job was wrought with errors. My designer fortunately found some of the errors early on but some of the errors were not discovered until the windows were installed. They promised to fix the errors but Jack keeps repeating to me that all was done correctly and the "contract is complete". Delays and errors are what you get with Arcadia windows and watermill as Arcadia supplier.

If you haven't visited the staff in this establishment you are missing out. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for exception paint, hardware and lumber supply service.
