760 Montauk Hwy, Water MillJust had an amazing restaurant week dinner here. Our server was exceptional: friendly, fast and knowledgeable. We started with escargot and ceviche, both were delicious. The catch of the day was halibut cooked in a broth with clams and chickpeas that tasted of herbs and the sea. Possibly the best fish dish I've had in The Hamptons. The zucchini 'pasta' was so much better than it sounds it's not worth explaining...it has to be tried. Dessert was a gluten free apple tart that was just perfect for a cool night in apple season. Lovely room decorated with warm wood. A great soundtrack at just the right volume added to the vibe.

869 Montauk Hwy, Water MillIn and out on the way to Hither Hills. Convenient designated To Go & Online Order Parking section across from entrance. It is a bit loud with the coffee being ground, music and general coffee shop noise. Very busy spot.
I ofcourse.. a lrg latte 2% milk. Bae is trying the caramel cold brew. Both are very delicious.
