Beware this guy is not a good bussiness man Jeff the owner. He agreed to a 2001 discovery 2 land rover chassis and sold me a 1999 discovery 1. Not only he has the wrong chassis that he sold me and claimed it will be good as new it was rusted and thin metal on this chassis. He painted it to hide the condition of it. After going there serval times. He refused to refund me my money. And wanted to chop up my old chassis to make his work. This guy can't be trusted and from reading the other reviews i belive every bit of them. Please be aware very sneaky person. Very very bad experience.

Beware of owner Jeff .
He is not a trustworthy person at all ! He heard that I had a collection of trucks and eagerly came
to my garage to lowball and beg me
to sell them to him . Through all his fast car salesmen talking ,I had the
feeling he was a straight up hustler and he couldn’t be trusted by the way he presented himself . I made the mistake of leaving him alone in my Garage only to discover that later on a unicorn part for my 67 land cruiser which was impossible to find , that he was admiring went missing . He straight up took the part from the truck . The part wasn’t attached yet to the hood . The part was a very rare hood ornament . Only him and I were in the garage that day ! Terrible thing to do ! A low life thing to do . Later on called him on the phone after I sent him this picture. He never answered me and then blocked me. Never respond to my texts . ?DONT DO BUSINESS WITH REVER Motors

I had a terrible experience with this shop. Be forewarned!
I dropped off my truck with the owner's son November 2023 with a list of to do items that included fixing my transmission. He was eager to help and very respectful, but I never saw him again after that. Over the course of the next 7 months, I was billed over 20K. Communication was terrible, I was treated poorly, and verbally berated by the owner who seems unable to deal with the stress of running this shop. Despite all this, I paid my bills immediately assuming the work would be satisfactory when it was back in my hands. I was incorrect and much work that I paid for was incomplete.
When I picked up the truck it had no gas in it, and ran out of fuel on the way home. My newly replaced transmission would not shift properly and was leaking like a sieve when I parked it in my driveway. The new paintwork on my hood is bubbling and peeling. After repairing the tie rods, the steering wheel is on crooked and the alignment is off. Wiring is hanging from under my dash, and the radio which worked when I left it there is no longer operable. I could go on...
I informed the shop owner of these issues and politely requested that they take the truck back to complete the work. I was abrasively (and rudely) told me he was no longer interested in helping me. I am now left paying a reputable transmission shop to take out the transmission, install it correctly, and fix the other issues that Rever was unable to complete.

Waisted my time for several months making a trade deal. Lost my customers meanwhile. Not very trustworthy. Stay away!!!

They did body work for me on my g63 Mercedes and the work they did was absolutely incredible. You would never know there was any damage to the car. Very courteous. Met the owner himself assured me it'll look good and very reasonable priced. I'll give them more than five star if there were possible

Rever Motors is by far the best shop for service & sales of any classic vehicle through the Hamptons/LI. The owners & staff are super responsive and even went out of the way to accommodate an emergency service request after hours on MDW! So grateful to have found them!

The worst working experience, prejudice and horrible work ethics on owner and staff. Cars are being put together with the least experience and could care less about customers. The shop is a show boat for junked cars!

Thanks to the team at Rever Motors I am the proud owner of my dream Toyota Landcruiser. The team worked tirelessly to restore my car within my budget and was constantly in communication throughout the process. The owner himself put in OT and worked over the weekend to make sure everything was right. 10/10 recommendation for Rever Motors.

Rever Motors has a fantastic selection of unique vintage cars. If you're a car enthusiast, it would be silly not to visit them at least once. Besides the fan favorite German vehicles, they also carry British brands and some other obscure ones as well that not everyone may be familiar with. Aside from the selection, everyone here was super friendly, helpful and attentive, which meant I got to leave in a very positive mood. Don't you love when that happens?Service: Electrical
