Just wanna shout out Zachary from post office he went above and beyond to take care of my passport appointment , I was a little late and he was kind enough to assist me with patience and excellent customer service .

This post office is one of the slowest I have ever seen in all my postal experiences. It’s not even the postal workers fault most of the time. Some customers that appear here are acting as if they’ve never used a post office for. Maybe AI will help one day. Somehow.

Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. The guy in line before me was singing their praises and I can see why. Probably the best post office I've visited.

This post office has got to be one of the worst in America. Customer service is horrible. Small town so they don't get busy when they do have to serve customers they act like it's a hassle to bother them at work. They never deliver priority packages on time. This one great guy retired about 15 years ago. Since then, this place is garbage. I go to Rock Tavern post office now. They know how to treat customers and do things right.

I was basically threatened today for no reason. Iwent to use a (FREE) bubble wrap mailer as padding for a shipment and Brian at the front desk asked if I was using it as bubble wrap, because if I was and the box “popped” open he would have to charge me for all the (FREE) envelopes in the box. He explained a lady freaked out when it happened to her. How’s that? How would it “pop” open in front of him or in his presence anyway? I no longer feel comfortable using this post office because what if my box “pops” open now that he knows I use them for padding. THEYRE FREE ENVELOPES

Nice post office, the staff inside is kind. My only issue is its hit or miss if they will deliver your mail on time, or even at all. I have has mail of my neighbors in my box, so who knows where my mail is

Guys are the best post office clerks ever. Great staff and friendly....not like the people in the city...nasty and very unhelpful. Washingtonville post office clerks earn their money

I came here to drop off a prepaid first class box. I forgot my small piece of tape for my tiny box. The guy named Bill helped me. I asked him if he could just put a small piece of tape on my tiny box. He said he didn't have tape! It's a post office, I'm sure they have more then enough tape to have helped me out. I don't write reviews to hurt businesses but hopefully this review helps this post office to better serve local customers like myself. It was clearly out of my way to drive all the way home to get a piece of tape. The post office was almost closing, anyone in their right mind wouldn't have hesitated to help.
