Some post offices can be a nightmare, but the Washingtonville Post Office deserves a solid FIVE STARS!
Having been stationed and worked with various branches, I can confidently say the service here feels more like a privately owned family business than a typical post office. The staff is incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about their customers.
I have no obligation or relation to write this review—I’m just truly blown away by their outstanding customer service! If every post office operated like this, mailing and shipping would be a dream.
Special shoutout to Yvonne and Ruben for going above and beyond!

Just wanna shout out Zachary from post office he went above and beyond to take care of my passport appointment , I was a little late and he was kind enough to assist me with patience and excellent customer service .

This post office is one of the slowest I have ever seen in all my postal experiences. It’s not even the postal workers fault most of the time. Some customers that appear here are acting as if they’ve never used a post office for. Maybe AI will help one day. Somehow.

This post office has got to be one of the worst in America. Customer service is horrible. Small town so they don't get busy when they do have to serve customers they act like it's a hassle to bother them at work. They never deliver priority packages on time. This one great guy retired about 15 years ago. Since then, this place is garbage. I go to Rock Tavern post office now. They know how to treat customers and do things right.

I was basically threatened today for no reason. Iwent to use a (FREE) bubble wrap mailer as padding for a shipment and Brian at the front desk asked if I was using it as bubble wrap, because if I was and the box “popped” open he would have to charge me for all the (FREE) envelopes in the box. He explained a lady freaked out when it happened to her. How’s that? How would it “pop” open in front of him or in his presence anyway? I no longer feel comfortable using this post office because what if my box “pops” open now that he knows I use them for padding. THEYRE FREE ENVELOPES

Nice post office, the staff inside is kind. My only issue is its hit or miss if they will deliver your mail on time, or even at all. I have has mail of my neighbors in my box, so who knows where my mail is
