“Spot welded in a new piece of metal on a pretty big rust spot I had on the bottom of a body panel. Did a beautiful job, took care of other dings and chips on the body panel for free, and quoted me $200 less than Upstate collision. Owners are both very kind people. “Had a fender bender and my bumper popped out pretty bad. What I didnt know was that my radiator and condenser were also broken inside. He could have just patched up the bumper and call it a day; but he was honest and thorough and fixed everything that he said he would. Looks brand new and he even shined my tires :). Only thing I’ll say is he could have been a bit more polite/patient with me on our last phone call…. But despite that he did a good job and I would recommend his shop. Thanks!..”
“Living in Norfolk VA for the military. Needed to find a reputable mechanic to help my grandmother back home. My grandfather always swore by Freemans so my grandmother took her car there. They were able to do all the work needed, and change the spare tire. I actually made a mistake and didn't realize the car had aftermarket tires, so I told her to get the wrong tire. Freeman replaced the mistakenly ordered tire free of charge. All in all an A+ experience. Thank you guys for taking care of my family while I'm out of town!”

“I tow a travel trailer and was on my way up to Lake George. During my travels on the NY Thruway, my right rear leaf spring on my suspension snapped. My trailer was leaning hard. I was able to get to a service area and parked in the truck lot. Quality Towing responded and was at my site within 20 minutes. Being that my trailer couldn't be towed, the successfully repaired my leaf spring and were very professional. They also made sure I was on the road and on my way. “Just had my personal company truck repaired here. They did a fantastic job. I got hit in nyc by a big truck who left the scene. Not only did Bradley's do great body work, they took the whole unpleasant task of dealing with our horrible insurance company right off our plate. The insurance company wanted to pay peanuts of course. Bradley's handled everything with them and got the repair all covered. Excellent collision repair facility. Highly recommended.”
