I called auto zone in Washingtonville and spoke to Mark and Nick on 7/6/2024. These guys went above and beyond on the phone helping me out trying to solve a problem with a Ford fusion. They answered all my concerns and questions and even looked into the problem deeper. Mark and Nick were very patient, courteous and informative. On a Saturday they took their time on the phone and didn't rush me!! Thank you very much!!I highly recommend Nick and Mark at Auto Zone in Washingtonville.
You guys showed me care and concern and helped me out.

This AutoZone location is staffed by some of the most knowledgeable people in the business of auto parts and accessories. They either have the answer at their fingertips or they find out the correct answer for you immediately. The managers are always available to assist the counter people and the customers.
