Where I live in Highland Lakes, whenever it rains most of my neighbors complain about their phone service going out.But for some reason 98% of the time ours does not have any problems.I believe that with all of the phone companies around they all don't have their wires hanging. The only solution is that I'm using a better carrier, WVT.If there are any problems and if I call for service, something is done within 24 hours. But I rarely call them. For over 15 years if I call Customer Service lessThank you WVT than 8 times for repairs.

HORRIBLE service provider! I wish I could give them zero stars! Internet is always unstable and management acts like they are doing us the favor! They fought tooth and nail to keep competition out. Imagine dealing with a dial up service while the rest of the world is on fiber optics! Our service has been down for a week with little to no updates from them regarding a timeframe! Stay away from this dinosaur of a company!

Most of us here in aHighland Lakes work from home now. It’s a different world since Covid. WVT has been horrific in managing good service, sometimes any service at all 1 this week 2 full work days without! Unacceptable! They also are nasty with handling children stomper complaints. Believe it or not people, this is not the 50’s. Step it up majorly!!

Love this company. I chose them because they are local, and I felt I would get a more personalized interaction. I was not wrong. Anytime I call with a question, Terry answers the phone and swiftly resolves the issue or gets me to the right person. Today I called in with instability and speed issues and was immediately connected to tech who initiated a test, identified an issue, and dispatched a crew. Within the hour, Bob showed up, explaining what he thought was happening. Bill was then here with a bucket truck, and the issue (on the pole) was fixed within 15 minutes. Both gentlemen, as well as the tech dept and Terry, were kind, courteous, and prompt. I am a very happy customer. Thank you, WVT!

OUR PHONES HAVE BEEN OUT FOR OVER 1 YEAR. EVERYDAY IS A DIFFERENT PROBLEM AND NOBODY EVER CALLS BACK. PAYING FOR SERVICE WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AS OF YET.

0 starsBeen without stable internet for almost a week. Download speeds are awful. Customer service is incompetent. They keep blaming other equipment as the issue. We purchased a brand new router and have less connectivity than ever before. You think we’ll get charged an adjusted rate this month since we couldn’t utilize the service? Having zero internet is BETTER than having them as a provider.

Wow. Don’t really know what to say. Was a loyal customer for this company for quite some time. I would go around literally bragging how this company would eventually beat Optimum in this area, as it gave some alternative. But no Wi-Fi for half a weekend, I call and they tell me “we don’t know what’s going on, the techs are not picking up there phones” then hanging up on us? Then we call back to cancel and they don’t even ask why. Goodbye!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would been a loyal customer for over 40 years and I'm finally done with them. Internet speeds and reliability are a joke for what they charge. 3 more days and good riddance!

I would not recommend this company to a family who frequently uses the internet because this company just can't keep up with today's technology and limited speed it provides customers. Not sure how we lasted so long. We dropped them today and went with optimum. My only regret is not switching sooner and almost for the same price. This company would be best just for service to customers who rarely use the internet.

I've had Warwick Telephone for around 6 years now and it is the worst company for internet. It is inconsistent, drops out all the time randomly. I am not receiving the Speeds I'm promised. Recently it has gotten much worse where I can barely watch YouTube anymore without Issues. The only other company in the Warwick area that I'm aware of that provides internet is optimum. To my understanding getting optimum will get me 10x the speed I receive for the same price I pay for Warwick Telephone. Do not get Warwick Telephone's service.

So this is a company that can’t offer all of its customers the service they say they give their quote on quote 70mg download isn’t even 70 it’s 35 split into two separate ports so you’ll never get 70 the rest of America has companies like optimum and Verizon that give what they advertise and have REAL SUPPORT not oh yeah we only feel like doing our jobs six hours of the day if your internet goes out your out of luck while REAL companies like Verizon have support at least 7 days of the week maybe not all hours but they do their JOB so yeah never use these scam artists I mean fiber optics have been out for almost a decade and they haven’t even attempted to move on with the rest of America they shouldn’t be in business it’s companies like these that slow our progression all bc of greed
