Very enjoyable experience. Didn’t force anything on me and was very forth coming with any and all charges. Felt respected and valued the entire process of upgrading two phones and an iPad. Hands down the best experience I ever had at Verizon.

Vincenzo was amazing. Very knowledgeable, patient, and was literally a superhero for not only getting my phone working and getting my son into a new phone, but he got my teacher discount attached to my account. Very friendly and professional service. Was able to be assisted with my phone in a fast manner and was well educated on service and features if the device.
