5* and only 5* for the team at Warwick PO.I moved here recently and have stopped at the post office several times both to sort out my new address and to manage some important mailings. Not only has the team been incredibly personal and knowledgeable no matter how confused I've been but I've witnessed several situations where the team has gone above and beyond to help other customers.Mail services can be slow and stamps are expensive. These facts are separate from the Warwick PO team who has to bear the brunt of customers' frustrations even if it's nothing to do with them specifically. I've witnessed excellent teamwork, with someone jumping in to help direct a customer, as well as the sense that the people there actually enjoy each other.Last week I stopped in to mail a package and, unfortunately, used a felt tip pen on a plastic envelope. As I was furiously fanning the package to get the ink to dry, I was called over to the desk and packing tape was placed over the writing, ensuring it wouldn't smudge. Such a simple, thoughtful solution but it meant that the team was paying attention and proactively helping me.As I was paying, a woman came in who was very distraught and frustrated, wanting help from the PO team to track a package for her sister. Turns out the sister lives out of state and had gone to her local PO only to be told more than once that they can't help her. The Warwick team listened to the woman and even though it was clear they couldn't directly help the situation, they took time to help the woman figure out who her sister could contact and followed through with finding contact information for her.Personally I find the post office to be a great place to practice 'you get what you give': if you show up with some common politeness and clarity in your request, you can expect an interaction in Warwick that will change your stereotype of the post office.

Wow ! Are we talking about the potf office in Warwick NY ? The staff at the branch are polite and friendly. Some things are out of there control, always helpful to me. Can't say enough about my home carrier. Maybe I'm just lucky ?

So I picked up a package on Thursday & I’ve known Jose the postmaster for a long time! He was cursing screaming at all employees and looking at customers angry! You are supposed to be a leader not a cry! I knew something was up with him! One day he’s mad one day he’s happy one day he’s joking! Like seriously if you don’t even wanna acknowledge anyone first thing in the morning just quit your job! Your negative n bringing everyone else down with you! Just be happy after seeing him like this never again it’s embarrassing for how professional Warwick is! Shame on you Jose-Postmaster!

I ordered a package for college that was quite important and I had it shipped to my P.o. box and when I went to go pick it up I was told by one of the employees (who was very rude) that it had been picked up. I’m the only person whom has access to pick up the mail. so how does it get picked up by some random person… Thanks a lot warwick post office.

The active Post Master there will look you dead in the eyes and come up with 5-6 different reasons why damaged or missing packages and mail are your fault. It's truly insane, I've never seen anything like it before.

Just rude I'd say if it weren't for one woman being outright hostile and that was just from me dropping something off that I didn't even need a receipt for! I can't imagine what she puts customers needing service through!

Cute little post office has everything you need except they should more than one person working at front. Parking space is small and busy so they should be faster, plus the guy Here is always preoccupied with something else than his job.

The folks at the Warwick Post Office are fantastic. They are always helpful and ready with a smile. I ship a lot of books/media daily and appreciate the dedication and timeliness of my shipments. They are not delivering my mail. But instead of holding it at the post office...they are returning to sender.I cannot reach a representative and dont see why anyone should have to suffer thru the US Post Office

So our neighborhood consistently recieves our mail very late. Today? No delivery at all... Of course we are waiting on something to be delivered. Also got notification from the shipper AND the post office that it is coming today. Nope! Frustrated in Bellvale Park...
