Madisen is the BEST!!! She has been doing my hair for about 2 years now. She pays attention to detail, and always listens to what I want. She is very creative and great at helping me maintain my salon look at home. Highly recommend if you want to leave feeling pampered and beautiful after each visit.

if you want to keep any of your length DON’T book with madisen peña. i just wanted a trim and asked her to take off what she thought was necessary for my hair to be healthy, and she showed me what was probably 4 inches (which i was fine with). she ended up cutting just about 12 inches off my hair and now it’s going to be years before my hair is back to how i like it. absolutely do not recommend.

I love this salon! I have seen both Nicole and Madisen for my cut and color and always leave happy. I never feel rushed and I feel like they both give me their time and full attention when I'm in their chairs. Sometimes I even bring inspiration pics and they always match my vision. And a big bonus... Product Junkie for all my favorite hair products and Vibe Cafe right next door. What?! This place is amazing. Highly recommend.

Sad to see I am not the only one who had a terrible experience at this establishment. Terrible cut and terrible customer service when I contacted the business owner/stylist. It has been over a month since my haircut and it still looks absolutely terrible.

Got my hair cut by Nicole, the owner. She did a great job. She has very professional and friendly staff. I had a hard time finding a new salon as we recently moved to Warwick, but this place was recommended to me and I couldn’t be happier. They offer a variety of services too like facials that I want to try out in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

LOVE MY EYEBROWS !!! I have been wanting to get microblading done for a while but have always been nervous to take the plunge. I heard Nicole was doing them so I decided to go for it! I am so happy I did! Doing anything permanent to your face can be terrifying and Nicole put me at easy! She answered all of my questions. She took her time and focused thoroughly on the brows making sure no area went unnoticed. I was blown away by the results! I can not believe the before and after!! I highly recommended nicole for microblading!

I'm seeing a lot of the reviews are for going to Nicole's salon, so this review is for her bridal services. First, make sure you ask Nicole to edit her contract language before you sign it. My husband's mother decided the morning of she didn't want to pay to have her hair done by Nicole and her team, so I overpaid Nicole which she is now keeping MY money. Things happen and she was not understanding of that. Second, her makeup artist showed up over an hour early and practically demanded my dogs be nowhere around her or she wouldn't come inside the house to do our makeup that had already paid for (this was not ever mentioned prior to my wedding day). Third, Nicole wanted final payment 1 week before. Anyone who has planned a wedding knows how stressful it is and things are forgotten. She allowed us to pay her the day of services, but overcharged us. The hair styles were close to what we had all asked for, but not quite right. They all fell by the time we got to the church (yes, it was a hot September day, but there was no reason for the curls to fall in 1 hour). Very unprofessional dealing with money and her clients. She was not understanding and owes me $120. Oh, and on top of all of that she charges an outrageous travel fee which she adds as a "service" so she can add her 20% gratuity on top of that (which was non-negotiable on her end). DO NOT USE FOR BRIDAL SERVICES!!!

I was very disappointed in lash service and owner feedback. I was not able to do lift and tint because my eyes were watery and burning. They charged me the whole fee anyway because of time and product?!?! I was not even there the whole time nor did I use all product. They did lift and told me to come back for tint but they would have to charge all over again? Just not as much. This was just not customer kind and I wouldn't return. Bad business. Sorry.
