Wonderful jeweler! Rob was so friendly and helpful in facilitating some repairs and adjustment. The pieces were sent to the Westwood location but came back to Warwick just a couple days later! Super fast turn around which was really appreciated. The pieces came back polished and looking great. Excellent service from what is now my favorite local jeweler.

We had a great experience at LaViano’s. Rob helped us find a wedding band that we love. I also had my engagement ring resized. It was done in less than a week and they stand by their work. Very happy with everything!

I just had my engagement ring resized here and I could not recommend them enough. They did a beautiful job and my ring fits perfectly now! They also made sure to make the extra effort to educate me on how to recognize my diamond under the microscope which I didn't even think about never having owned such a nice piece of jewelry before. It also helped alleviate any concerns I had about leaving my ring in someone elses hands. I would absolutely come back here for any future repairs or maintenance I need. When I dropped it off, they were helping another customer so I did get to take a lap around the store and they have a wide variety of jewelry to choose from which all looked beautiful. I'd definitely consider coming here for any future special purchases.

I was well aware of LaViano's reputation for quality and trustworthiness, having lived near their Westwood store for many years. Now I'm fortunate to live in Warwick and super pleased that LaViano has opened here. Kathy and Rob are an absolute pleasure to deal with beginning with excellent communication in person, by phone, and text. I am very happy with my purchase; Rob put in the time to help us design something completely one of a kind and special. He showed tremendous patience and was very willing to take the time and effort to get everything just right. Of course price matters too and one might think when walking into the store that you are in for some sticker shock because it is gorgeous and high quality however trust me, they are very price competitive. Above all I am happy to do business with a local merchant instead of the sheisters in the jewelry malls or in New York City

I give LaViano Jewelers 5 stars! The store is very spacious and they have a large selection of jewelry. I worked with Jeff and Katherine on a custom design piece and they exceeded my expectations! Rob helped me with repair work, updated appraisals and cleaned and polished my jewelry. I am so glad I stopped in and so pleased, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
