“I just wanted to say that on a busy day, like today the day after Christmas, the sole employee for the first few hours of store opening did a phenomenal job. Bethany, from what I observed and overheard while in line, is fairly new and was the only employee at the location for a few hours. Despite a long line she handled the situation with great composure and strong work ethic. Her attitude was pleasant as well. Bethany was not able to help me for what I came there for, but she still was able to point me in the right direction.”

“Where I live in Highland Lakes, whenever it rains most of my neighbors complain about their phone service going out.But for some reason 98% of the time ours does not have any problems.I believe that with all of the phone companies around they all don't have their wires hanging. The only solution is that I'm using a better carrier, WVT.If there are any problems and if I call for service, something is done within 24 hours. But I rarely call them. For over 15 years if I call Customer Service lessThank you WVT than 8 times for repairs.”
