I walked in to buy fish at 5 minutes to 6:00 finally made my decision at 6:02 to buy $100 worth of fish and they told me that the fish room closed at 5:30 I'd have to come back I live an hour away just thought I'd let you know

If anything the comment about a vegetarian dog food would turn me off. Dogs are not meant to be vegetarians, and any vegetarian dog food only will contribute to poor health. I believe that a pet store should not carry vegetarian pet food just so some customers can hoist their dietary choices on their helpless pets.

This is the only pet store we go to now. Dave is so very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me find a vegetarian dog food for my senior Pomeranian. Thank you Dave!

Don’t buy fish from this place! We purchased one & although it didn’t look sick it was carrying some type of parasite! Not only was the one we purchased $65 but it KILLED one of our plecos & my albino shark who both weren’t cheap & one of our angels! We had to treat them numerous times & are still not out if the woods & this has been going on for a couple weeks! Avoid buying fish here!!!!

I had called this shop multiple times about a fish I was planning to buy throughout the week . I called the day of that I was planning to buy the fish , ensuring the had it and that I would be there for it . I told them I was an hour away only to find out they decided to sell the fish within the hour of me coming there . They were rude about it when I asked and I wouldn’t go back .

We noticed the fish seemed very pricey (confirmed that afterwards looking at other store's prices in the area) We decided to get 4 danios anyway since we were there and like to buy local. We also had some concern about several post-its around the fish tanks that said" all fish sales final". Now we know why, 1 died same day, 2 more in the next couple of days. 3/4 dead over priced fish. Tested water and it is fine as are the other fish in the tank. I recommend you shop around.

Avoid Hometowne Pet and Supply in Warwick. They do not stand behind the products they sell. Recently, I got a tainted bag of dog food, one of the high end brands of kibble style food, and they would not replace it. I had returned to the store with the barely eaten bag of dog food and my receipt and was treated rudely by staff when I asked for a replacement bag. I left my phone number for the owner to call me but I never heard from him. At this location you do not get customer service, you get customer insult. I will no longer shop in this store for any products.

Extended my vacation so i had to restock food and treats for my labs. I was able to find a few needed items like stella and chewys - store had lots of dry dog food choices, aisles overly crowded, good variety of toys, one freezer had more ice build-up than frozen primal.

Shalom, I would just like to make this review to inform you on my experience at your establishment. They did not have a very wide variety of dog food. My pomeranian only eats the finest. Hes been eating purina ever since he was birthed. I ended up purchasing nutrisource and he absolutely hated it and when he did try it he threw up 10 minutes later. He would not even touch it. I cannot believe that I trusted the opinions of the workers and the owner..which btw is a dirty man with a dirty mullet.As-salamu alaykum,Wayne Mcall
