“I've been in the area for a few years & tend to do most of my shopping at shoprite. The prices seem to be lower and it's closer to me, but with the word inflation being tossed off everyone's lips, I think shoprite took it as an opportunity to jack up prices? So now Shoprite and Price Chopper are more competitive with other and that's a problem for Shoprite because when it comes to friendly service, cleanliness of the store, and quality of the other departments Price Chopper has them beat hands down. The deli and prepared foods at PC are of much better quality, the bakery is much better, the produce is superior... almost every PC dept is just better. Even their rewards program is better. PC rewards saves me on gas, not just in-store products. If you have not been here in a while because they seemed more expensive in the past, give them another shot.”
“Great convenient spot to grab a sandwich for breakfast or lunch. Beer soda and just about anything you might need around the house if your in a hurry. You can always call ahead and pick up your sandwich and there affordable and good.”
