Great customer service! I had to come in with a time crunch just to get some rings sized and talk about cleaning/repair options and they were quick and very honest about cost vs worth of the repair.

INEPT!! Sized my rings WRONG!!! Can't even size a ring?! Update to first review: I had to spend $6k at a reputable jeweler to fix my rings & get the setting I wanted. In doing so, I found out that I am wearing THREE (3) different sized rings thanks to Forever Jewelers sizing them wrong!!! I wear a 5.5. They made the new setting in a 6 & charged $600 to size my band but its a 7.25!! I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card & they argued it. I tried emailing them & they argued that I didn't give them a chance to fix the sizing issue. After making a ring I did not want, TWICE & screwing up the sizes, why would I trust them with my stones again?! I am so upset with what they did & their lack of customer service that I am filing paperwork to sue them in small claims court. I begged them to please take their incorrect setting back & they refuse to even answer my request. Instead, they show me a CAD drawing & claim that's what I ordered. They claim they have a receipt saying they made a 6 3/4. 6 3/4!! It's a 6 & a 7.25! They never showed me the CAD drawing during the order process!! I never knew one existed till They used it as their 'defense' with my American Express. BEWARE! Go to a certified Jeweler instead. if they can't size a ring, what else Can't they get right?

I took some old appraisals (1985-2007) for the owner to update since gold has gone up so much. Everything was on the old appraisals, weights ,measurements, even pictures. He didn't have to do anything except pencil in an updated value. For this he wanted $250."for his time"(upfront, of course). When he returned them to me I realized he hadn't done anything. I called him immediately and he said he forgot and said to bring them back. Weeks later I asked if they were ready. He said he never said he forgot and basically called me a liar and said he was way too busy to talk to me. At that point I knew he was unethical and dishonest. I don't do business with people who imply I am a liar.He is also incredibly overpriced charging me $28. for a $15. watch battery and $350. for a silver and CZ pair of earrings.There's good, honest jewelers out there, but this is not one of them.

My $350 plus Casio Mudmaster GG-B100 required its first new battery change. I was quoted $30. Ok, fine. Service was completed in about an hour later. I retrieved my watch. The time was not set. I was informed that the watch repair person did not know how to set the time. No worries, I elected to do it myself when I arrived home.On close inspection, the hex bolts on the side were worn with rough edges. Not too sure if they could removed in the future with little effort. The body shows signs of gouging. Likely due to prying the body opened. There is also a slight gap between upper and lower body parts leaving me doubful that the watch retained its waterproofing. And last, the watch was returned dirty. I assumed that the watch would be wiped down while apart.Bottom line: If they didn’t have the right tools and/or didn’t know what they were doing then they should have refused the repair work.Now I seek to have my repair work repaired. Major thumbs down.

Very friendly staff. I bought a ring for my wife, came back a year later and they absolutely remembered me, the ring, etc. Very helpful in making sure I was able to get the exact ring I wanted for my wife. During better times we relied on small business to support the community, now it's time for the community to support small business.
