Except for the pharmacist, Chris, and one young man that works in the pharmacy, it sucks. I realize they're busy and overworked. However, any time I've gotten through by phone, after on hold for ant least 15 minutes , and spoken to a woman, each and every one has been very unpleasant. Answers are short, rude, and obviously a rush to get you off the phone.

Would leave 0 f***king reviews if I could. Completley disorganized. Told me I couldn't cancel my medication alone and my Dr. had to, which I did days earlier and they confirmed. So after saying asking why they didn't cancel it and then saying I'll have to go to their location to pick it up the guy said "you can't because we just cancelled it," and I asked "when" and he said "just now"

Steph is obviously overworked if you can find any staff, the cashiers up front are very friendly despite it all, but the actual pharmacy department has lines constantly, if you wait for a half an hour in line, if it's their lunch break when they close down, they were literally slim the gate in your face no matter how long you've been waiting, no place to sit and they are just overall rude.

I'm new to Warwick and it astounds me how unfriendedly and unprofessional the Main St CVS pharmacy is. I take daily medication, meaning I need monthly refills, and in the decades I've been taking the same medication - previously picked up from Rite Aid - I have never encountered the issues with getting refills that I have at this CVS.Last month, when I phoned to refill, I was told it was too soon for a refill but they had the Rx on file and it would be refilled the following week. The following week I went to enquire after standing online for over 10 minutes, I got to the desk to be told I had to stand in a different line to ask another person about my Rx. Another nearly 10 minute wait to be told they had to order the medication and to come back the following week.This past Monday I phoned to refill and was told it would be ready that afternoon. Then a text that the medication had to be ordered. Today - 3.5 days after I phoned and with 1 day of medication left - I go to CVS to ask and, after again waiting nearly 10 minutes, was told the medication is arriving this evening BUT they can't guarantee it will be refilled for tomorrow.It is astounding that a national brand, nevermind the humans that choose pharmacological work, can be so poorly managed and not at all customer-oriented.I walked a block to Akins, was immediately welcomed and helped, and transferred my prescription.

Staff is friendly enough, but every time I come, the pharmacy line is 10 people deep with one person running a register.

If I didn't pretty much know every employee I'd leave CVS.Pharmacy is constantly understaffed! It's actually pathetic at this point. Guess everyone is working from home!

CVS Pharmacy in Warwick, NY got to be the most incompetent staff ever assembled to operate a department.I scheduled a Covid Booster shot last Friday a week prior and was notified the same day that it was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances. Their refrigeration system broke down, their excuse.I rescheduled for the next Friday and again and got confirmed. On the same date of my appointment I received a text stating, again due to unforseen circumstances it was cancelled.Called Pharmacy and the Pharmacist, Judy, stated that they ran out of the booster Covid vaccine.I really now feel very uncomfortable trusting these people to Handel and dispense drugs.

The pharmacy has gone completely downhill. For some reason I stopped receiving messages that my prescriptions were ready. Thus I had medications returned after 14 days because they weren’t picked up. Naturally, they weren’t picked up because I didn’t know they were ready. This location is most convenient to my home but I have had to switch to another pharmacy a few towns away. Tried several times to remedy the problem but they were unable to do so. Terrible customer service.

The front-end & pharmacy have friendly and helpful associates. The pharmacist(s) are very good and helpful as well. CVS offers all sorts of products for "one-stop" shopping.

Chris, one of the pharmacists will always go out of his way to be very helpful and he's always very kind. Brian in the pharmacy is another standout. Always has a smile and always willing to help and be patient. Some of the pharmacy associates are pretty rude and unhelpful.

I love CVS clean neat a place for everything and everything in it's placeThe pharmacy staff is sooo very nice and goes above and beyond to help youAnd the same goes to the rest of the employees thru the store keep up the great workThank you for your excellent customer care and service very much appreciate it
