This place will mistreat your dog, kick you out at closing and leave you running for the nearest animal hospital while your dog is dying in your lap. Don't ever take your pet to them.

This supposed Vet charged 4 times as much for one dog than I have been charged for 3 dogs at Hamptonburgh Animal Hospital !! Not only that all of the medication he gave the dog was t at least twice the price.
To top it all off the dog didn't even need all the medication !!!
I would NEVER bring my animals to this hole in the wall, they will rip you off and probably make your animal worse

5 stars across the board - but if I could give 10, I would! This review is long over due - Dr Sarah is amazing. Her kindness, compassion and empathy truly set her apart. The staff at Country Willow is also amazing. I cannot thank them all enough for being there for me when my beautiful Nadia needed them most.

Dr.s Brian, Sarah and Tracy and their staff took such amazing care of my cat, Noah, after an accident at home. They kept in touch with me through his 4 day stay at the office and explained everything along the way. They are extremely compassionate and wonderful. They have taken such wonderful care of numerous other pets that my family and I have had over the years but this week takes the cake. I'm so thankful for this wonderful office. ?

I took my 1 y/o husky that I rescued about 1 1/2 months ago to Country Willow Vet today. Let me tell you, they are the absolute best. He is insanely dramatic and flails around, and they took amazing care of him. Dr. Brian and his staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable and I am so incredibly grateful that I found this vet. Please do not hesitate to bring your fur babies here!! They are amazing❤️

FOREVER my Veterinarian!! Dr. Sarah and Dr. Brian, along with the staff, go above and beyond to ensure your pets comfort as well as your own. They treat you and your furry loved ones with respect and dignity. I came to be a part of the Country Willow family when my precious little hamster Peanut was showing signs of what I thought to be wet tail. Fortunately, it was not.. Unfortunately, she had an infection in her uterus. She was given antibiotics and anti-inflammatories that appeared to have worked well and cleared up the symptoms externally within a week. In the interim, a few days later from the initial visit of Peanut, I chose to bring my two guinea pigs just for a wellness check for peace of mind that all my fur babies were doing the best they possibly could. They loved Chewy and Asscher just the same. My comfort and trust continued to grow, as I left there yet again beyond pleased with their services and extremely good-hearted nature. Sadly, I was to return yet again just a few short days later on an emergency visit with my little girl Peanut struggling to breathe. Dr. Brian gave her a thorough evaluation and provided me with some difficult news to endure. My little girl was not going to make it. Dr. Brian and his staff gave me all the time I needed to spend with her before crossing that rainbow bridge. I cried for what seemed like forever but knew she was in good hands. Both Dr. Brian and the staff shared their deepest empathy and provided me with a Beautiful clay print of her tiny little paws to cherish moving forward. Your level of Professionalism and Humanity should not go unnoticed!Thank you, Country Willow family, for the care and support during Peanut's final moments.

They were so rude and arrogant and the lady that was helping me and my sweet baby was so condescending and kept criticizing what I gave my dog and what she was allergic to and the lady might be new never seen her there before .

All I can say is, WOW! I have a parakeet who has been sick for the past few days. After being turned away from a previous vet, I called Country Willow Veterinary Hospital after seeing they provided an avian veterinarian. Immediately someone picked up and was friendly and scheduled an appointment a bit later in the week, as that was when the avian vet was available. I was put on a cancellation list and was called within a few days informing me of a cancellation, so I was able to come in sooner! The office was clean and organized, and I was able to get my bird checked in hassle free. The vet was extremely knowledgeable with avian health, and thoroughly checked my bird. She even took some tests to send to a lab, which was something other vets never did. She was extremely informative about a possible illness, and put him on medication, which I was able to get straight from the office. Her and her technician did a wonderful job handling my bird and explaining how to give his medication. I am so pleased I was able to find this place, and that they have such knowledgeable staff who truly care about your pet's health, no matter how big or small they may be.

My experience with this veterinary practice left much to be desired. From the outset, I encountered inconsistencies and a lack of clarity that left me feeling unsure about the transparency of their operations.
Moreover, my interactions with the front desk staff were unsatisfactory, marked by rudeness and dismissiveness rather than the expected courteous service. Additionally, as a new customer, the lack of introduction to the practice's facilities, doctors, staff and the odor, unbeknownst to me for the first year due to curbside check-in, were significant detractors from the overall customer experience.
Most recently I had a concerning experience when I paid several hundreds of dollars for a test to determine the appropriate medication and duration for a UTI that would not exacerbate my pup's autoimmune disease. Despite this, the clinic initiated medication without fully consulting the test results. Later on in the day, after I picked up the medication, they informed me that the test indicated a longer duration of medication than initially prescribed, resulting in additional fees due to separate pick-ups. When I sought clarification on why I was being penalized, they responded aggressively.
Despite requesting a conversation with an office manager to address my concerns, I did not receive a response that evening as promised.
The clinic's lack of transparency and unprofessional behavior has caused me to doubt their practices and feel hesitant about leaving my pet in their care. Furthermore, their failure to follow up and discharge my pet without addressing their need for additional medication raises concerns about their commitment to patient care.
Overall, my experience with this veterinary practice fell short of expectations. I cannot, therefore, recommend them to others due to the inconsistencies in pricing, poor customer service, and transparency issues I encountered.
