This place always brightens my day! The staff is so nice, the clothes are so chic and stylish and the vibe is off the charts! Every time I come into warwick I have to stop by Bfree. Celia and her staff are so fun and they were so patient in helping me refresh my closet with a bunch of new stuff. They were so courteous, they alerted me when something new came in that they thought I would love and I did! Definitely worth the visit if you're ever in town!

I visited BFree due to a pop-up event taking place inside the store. The boutique is super cute, very fun, and has a good amount of products without feeling too crowded. One of the staff members gave out thimbles of a pomegranate champagne drink, was was very nice. There's also a clearance section on their small upper level, which was fun to pick through. While they do have a lot of clothes for sale, there's plenty of cute little items like candles, stickers, and jewelry. I found a few unique items that ended up leaving with me, so I would definitely stop by again while in the area.

Helena,It was my absolute pleasure to shop at your store today .The sweaters I purchased all "fit perfectly".Thank you for not being an aggressive saleswoman I've seen my share of those ,you totally knew what I was looking for in a sweater .You're expertise on your merchandise is beyond outstanding ,you treat all your customers well. ,bfree is a great asset in Warwick such a classy boutique to all who shop there .? So freaking rude!I tried 2 jackets on with an intention to buy and took pictures to send it to my boyfriend and the owner comes around saying ‘you tried so many things on, you should atleast take one now, you should only try things on if you’re planning to buy’ and she snatched the jacket from my hands and asked me where the hanger was and I had to search and give it to her.I’ve been to this store many times before, bought things and she’s never there. How can someone have such a poor attitude? So demeaning and smug. This lady ruined my day and she tried to hide my review! Pathetic

My sisters LOVE Bfree. I have three sisters and every time I buy them a gift or bring them to Bfree they absolutely love it! The owner is fabulous and really goes above and beyond to make her customers happy! If anyone gives a bad review of this amazing store - they have issues with themselves! I highly recommend coming to the store to see all the beautiful and unique pieces the store has from clothing, accessories and much more! She has it all for all ages!I’m so happy she started bringing in men’s clothing and I love it all! I bought an amazing coat and pants! She brings in the latest fashions and trends something you don’t find in this area! Her pricing is reasonable! Way less than going into the city! 5 STARS for Bfree!

This store is overpriced, rude employees, and only allows store credit for a return which is some cases is understandable, but not for my situation today. I was in with my mom and found this bag I wanted with a tag that said $24.99, my mom went up to the register with that bag and a couple other things. Come to find out after the transaction was complete the bag was 149.99 + the 24.99!!! A tag was inside the bag with a price of 149.99 so all you could see was the 24.99 which was only for the strap as the employees said. I realized all of these before even leaving the store and asked if I could return it, even though they only give store credit, I didn’t even leave the store yet and they refused to let me get refunded for the bag. While shopping I could hear the manager in the back, but everytime I asked for the manager the employees said “he stepped out for a minute”.I would have NEVER purchased this bag if I knew it was nearly $200. I went back into the store about 15 minutes later again asking for the manager and explaining I did not see the tag inside I assumed the tag on the outside of the bag was the price. The employee was extremely rude and goes “we weren’t hiding tags you can clearly see there are 2 tags” and pulls out the tag inside the bag. Rude is actually an under statement. Bfree takes advantage of tourists and locals of this town with their outrageous prices. What kind of manager would refuse to step into this situation & how can you not issue a refund when said customer didn’t even leave the store yet. I’m so upset by this whole situation. As soon as you wanted to return something the employees attitudes completely changed and were rude and impossible to deal with. I’ve worked in retail, I get it customers can be overbearing and mean at times, but I just wanted a refund for a bag I was under the impression was 24.99 instead of 149.99 & I didn’t even leave the store yet!I have also heard horror stories of the manager telling people to get off their couch, telling young girls they weren’t allowed to try stuff on because they “couldn’t afford it” meanwhile their parents were meeting them there.Absolutely disgusting. This is the first review I’ve ever left on anything. Truly disappointing experience. Don’t waste your time at that store giving them money for their overpriced clothing you can buy legit anywhere else.

I love this boutique in Warwick! They have trendy high end clothes and the customer service is excellent! The owner and girl working went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for. When they didn’t have the size I needed they called their sister store in Jersey and I had the items I needed the very same day! Talk about fast “shipping.” You don’t get this kind of service at any fast fashion store, 100% the reason to shop local!

Love the clothes very well put together store. However the sales women with the glasses and blonde hair was very rude. I was shopping with my fiancé and she was not very friendly or warm towards us at all. Made the shopping experience very uncomfortable.

i am not from the area and was staying in warwick for a week while i get furniture moved into my new place. i googled places to scope out while in the area and stumbled upon BFree. the reviews were quite concerning, i took a mental note of them and decided i would not be going there. i was around town and saw the store and thought, "but it looks so cute!! im gonna go in and if its a wreck, maybe ill be more mindful of reviews in the future". i am so glad i went in and didn't let the preconceived idea i had of it sway me! the store is super organized, welcoming, and i enjoyed the little affirmations posted around the store. the clothes and other things in the store are up to trend, high quality, and have pricing to fit a wide variety of budgets. if i find myself in warwick again, i will without a doubt go to BFree again. The store alone deserves five stars but if i could give a review to just helena, i would. helena greeted me with a smile and gave amazing customer service to the point where it didn't feel like an employee to customer interaction but as if i was talking to one of my friends. helena was polite, personable, and professional. if you don't go to BFree for the clothes, accessories, and household items, you should stop in to have the privilege to speak to helena. she is BFree's hidden gem. i wish this small business nothing but prosperity, good fortune, and wealth and i wish helena all the same plus to receive nothing but the positive energy she puts out to be constantly reciprocated back to her.

I came on to write a review and it's almost like I found the wrong store on here.. makes sense that all the reviews are from 5+ years ago. I had the BEST experience in this boutique, it is easily my favorite on main street. The clothes are fabulous and the girls working are always a great help. Feels like a boutique I would visit on vacation in San Diego. So fresh and always new stuff!

It's hard to 'BFree' when you lose your entire paycheck on a dress at this place. They have some cute stuff and free people my favorite but they jack up the prices even higher than free peoples outrageous prices. I understand it's a boutique and at a boutique you can expect to pay 40 to 60 bucks but I spotted a dress over $400 at this place that looked like a generic summer dress. Several others were marked in the hundreds. I did not see a single item under $100 that I looked at and they were all some pretty basic pieces. Sad because the place is super cute and would definitely shop here if they weren't price gouging.

wanted to post about my negative experience here but it seems everyone feels the same. The employees are rude, half the time they talk loudly in their phone at the counter and don't bother to look up at you, even if you say hello. The clothes are SOO overpriced, seriously please know there isn't anything here you couldn't find online for cheaper.
