The new store is absolutely breathtaking! The merchandise is arranged neatly, and the store is easily shoppable. They offer an assortment of eclectic jewelry at every price point. This is a great place to purchase a gift, and to treat yourself to something beautiful as well. Additionally, the staff is lovely and accommodating. What a great Experience at Bertoni Gallery! I had been in the store and fell in love with Herkimer diamond pieces in hand made glass tubes that one of Rachel’s artists makes. I asked her if it would be possible to do a custom piece and include my sons’ birth stones with the diamonds. Rachel contacted the artist and we found out that it could be made. This piece is amazing and one of a kind- my photo does not do it justice. I highly recommend Rachel and Bertoni Gallery for all of your jewelry needs!

I've been a fan, and collector, of Bertoni Gallery jewelry since 2004. Rachel Bertoni is a pleasure to work with, and she always has something for every occasion. Her jewelry is organic, light weight and comfortable. The branch inspired jewelry collection, is a sculptural representation of nature, adorning the body with a natural and flowing look. I personally love stacking different rings from this collection together. Bertoni's mobile like earrings are also a personal favorite. They are so fun and whimsical, different from anything else out there. They're so comfortable and lightweight too which is a plus. Thank you Rachel for being awesome. I love the custom work you've done for me over the years as well. I look forward to expanding my collection even more.

Rachel was a pleasure to work with. She did a simple ring sizing for me that solved the issue I had sought help for. She made it a warm and welcoming experience. Her collection of styles are creative and includes a bit for everyone...I especially like both the whimsical and antique styles that fit my personality. The trip was a treat and a great break from my wedding planning.

Ms. Bertoni made my engagement and wedding bands in fall 2018. I put in the order and she made the bands in the following 6 weeks, as promised. Throughout the process, she was open to my eclectic ideas. I appreciated her flexibility in the design and enthusiasm to procure the materials, complete the formal design, etc. Ms. Bertoni showed great professionalism and customer service. I would recommend her to a friend looking to design a unique piece of jewelry. I have also purchased jewelry in her store. I can always find unique pieces that are very reasonably priced in comparison with upscale department stores that sell similar pieces.
