Helpful, knowledgeable. My phone went crazy after the emergency broadcast system did their test. Wouldn't let me make calls answer text messages or do anything. Didn't recognize SIM card. It was rendered useless. They had it fixed in about 10 minutes. I appreciate all you do

Always a pleasure to do business with. Super helpful especially with my parents who aren't tech savvy. I live in Batavia and will travel all the way here then to deal with Batavia location. They make you feel you aren't just a sale but a person and only sell you what you need and not try to make you buy things you don't need. Super friendly staff

We stopped going to Verizon in Geneseo now we're going to Verizon in Warsaw New York hate to say it but they don't know what they're doing.They said I needed a new phone went to Warsaw New York it didn't even take a minute they fixed my phone they said I didn't need a new phone.
