I walked in and immediately was asked if I need help with anything and I told them what I needed and they showed me where the stuff was and I told him exactly what I needed. ( There was never any pressure. I could change my mind anytime). I tried to help me get the lowest price for what I needed. Going here was amazing.

Value may have it ,. BUT almost Twice the Price of the same thing at Lowe's or Walmart. Plus Lowe's gives a millitary a discount. Value wants your life history ,and you have to build points to get it

Horrible customer service in November 2022. Gave us the wrong parts and then when I took the part back and explained that it was wrong, and I had to make a trip back, the manager stared at me blankly and never apologized.They treat their employees like crap and they do.not.care.Make the trip to another town like LeRoy (ACE Hardware), Geneseo or Batavia to get the right parts and deal with friendly, helpful, caring people.

Great store that may or may not have everything you need. Sometimes you get exactly what you want, sometimes you're making a trip to Home Depot. The saving grace here is that the staff are incredibly kind and helpful and often very knowledgeable. If you go in you'll immediately be greeted with smiling faces and they will direct you to what you need and help you find it every time, if they have it of course. A great store we have used for decades.

I absolutely do not shop there everything they carry is solo budget and overpriced. I cannot stand having an associate follow me throughout the whole store after I have told him or her I do not need his help.
