Always "undeliverable" at their convenience on packages. Really rude customer service. Things say delivered that are not. Have left things in the rain multiple times at my garbage can. Customer service rep "Sarah" was just annoyed when I called about these issues and at no point said sorry to hear that, let's try to fix the problem. They don't care about their job-no pride at all. If I could chose another service for my mail to be delivered, I absolutely would.

Delivery seems to happen when convenient for the one delivering; if they can’t cram packages in the mailbox or pile them on top of the it, they won’t get out of the car. Packages will be “out for delivery” for days. If it’s raining, they leave them out in it, no bags.

Item supposedly delivered to the apartment complex mailboxes. It was a Christmas present for my parents. It is missing and no one has a clue. I am also unable to communicate directly with this post office, which would be the most efficient way to determine its whereabouts. I hate the IDPD at Christmas and I say that having worked for them .

Walked in with question about forwarding mail. Feamle is rude and short with me. Even the person behind me agree. I am going to another office where the workers are more friendly.

I don't get why there's so many bad reviews! I've NEVER had a problem with this post office. Our mailman/lady are both very nice. We order a ton of stuff online and they go above and beyond to deliver it all. If our garage door is locked they find a safe, dry place to put it. Every time I go in to the post office or call them the person on the other end is friendly and helpful.

Brooklyn on Ave U They Suck for 10 yrs I've gone back n forth on trying to get our mail - they never deliver right and constantly give the excuse that we don't have a regular guy on our route - the mail for a small apt building gets shoved into one box - I found mail over 2 weeks later in someone else box that had bills now paid late.

If i could give negative stars.. i would.. place is a joke.. said package was "undeliverable " because of my dog.. concidering hes the biggest baby there is and other postman had no problem... but still left junk mail in my mailbox.. and package would fit no problem

They like to pretend that they attempted a delivery. I wish they would keep it at the post office right away so I can just pick it up, instead of waiting for the truck that doesn't come for the whole day; they mark it as attempted delivery. The pink slip could come next day with the mailman, or some times doesn't come at all...

Hey
Delivery guy is stealer
Did not deliver my proirty mail packagee till now & tracking says its been delivered on feb 5th
But yesterday i went to the usps loc & talk to supervisor
He said he delivered but when he scanned he was not on ur location
Give me 24 hours we will send him back to same addres to find ur package
Now it's more then 24 hours
No buddy reply me so far
