I ordered dog food and had it delivered. I get home to my delivery to find chicken feed. I called the store and spoke to Maryanne the Store Manager. Let me tell you she went above and beyond to make sure my order was fixed and delivered promptly. Thank you so much for Perfect Customer Service!

I was just there to buy 15 bags of pellets I am a woman 15 bags are pretty heavy and not one offer for any of the workers to come out and help me. Very disappointed in the Warsaw area the one in Batavia people are willing to help you they even ask if you need help not the one in Warsaw will never go there again.
