TOPS Friendly Markets is a clean and organized store with friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the great weekly deals and find everything needed for meals and special occasions. The bakery department receives high praise for amazing and special cakes and cupcakes. The produce section is loved and the bakery is hard to resist. Some note the bathrooms are a little run down and there can be occasional smells. The digital coupon system is found to be annoying for some, particularly older shoppers.
Lisa in the bakery in Warsaw NY location is amazing. She did a fantastic job on 80 cupcakes and added her special touches on the decorations. Would definitely recommend this bakery .

Very good Tops, great staff. However the bathrooms a little run down and at night the store occasionally smells like there's septic issues.
