Used Ott’s when I had mega hail damage on my car. Super easy to work with. They worked directly with my insurance company. Kept me informed with how things were going. Could even leave my rental car there when I picked up my car. Bonus: when I picked my car up they had cleaned the inside! Beyond happy!

Took my truck to them after hitting a dear and they got it all fixed up in a timely manner. They are very friendly with customers and answered all my questions. Would take another vehicle to them when needed and will recommend them when people ask me who did the work
