  I have found this is a good bank!They have been terrific and I can't complain.Customer service is awesome and they are knowledgeable.Fraud Dept is super good and they caught fraud before we knew it!If you have a problem, call the branch Managers in your area. They will straighten out issues for you.

  I'm not sure what happened to the previous customer but we have been a customer since 2003 and are very satisfied with their service.
