I would give this ZERO STARS, if I could. Called on Monday to refill prescription medication, regularly taken. They said it "would be ready later......." Came in later in the day and it 'was not ready'. Came in the following day, and they said 'it was not there, and they had to order it". Came in the Next day, and they said that the medication was NOT available to be refilled until the 7th......in the meantime it is out, and today is the 4th. Phillip gave hella attitude, and the Guy sitting at the back desk, that I was NOT dealing with Piped up to come for me, when I asked "Then why did you tell me it would be here TOMORROW, YESTERDAY???" Guy was being a complete douche bag. Transferring all of my stuff OUT of there. Do Better Price Chopper! This isn't the First 1-star Review. These Employees are horrendous.

Absolutely useless. Takes 4+ hours to fill a prescription. Everyone is rude and lazy. Worst pharmacy in NYS.

This whereni go every month to get my meds i need to take..they are very knowledgeable for sure sometimes it takes longer to get the meds so make sure you call them in on time.i feel thats cause of covid this has happened.

Most of the employees there are incredibly rude. When you call, they huff and puff because you're clearly incomviencing them. The older woman working the window is awful. Came to pick up a prescription and when I gave my name, was met with "weren't you just here yesterday and I told you your stuff won't be here until tomorrow?". No, I haven't been to the pharmacy in several months. No apology, nothing.

Horrible service. Specialty pharmacy has no idea how to do their job. Caused me to miss multiple doses on a medication that I have been taking for six years and refilling there monthly for 2 years. Give your business to pharmacies that know how to do their jobs properly.

You need to have the store hours (above) changed to reflect your new hours. I just discovered the error the hard way after driving all the way down there after reading the above "Closes:8pm'. Nope, closes more like 7:30pm (or earlier).

Thank you Warrensburg House calls!!!!! Two months fighting with walgreens to get my transplant meds. I called my dr. at 8:30 am to change scrips. At around 2 ish everyone of my meds were ready and the co pay was around 75% cheaper.. Save by house calls, Les LaPell

Had to swing by here to fill a script for my mom. The two women who were working were very helpful. Went out of their try to help me solve a problem. While it’s not as big as a dedicated pharmacy it still had a selections of do-dads and who-z-what’s-its to pick up inside. Also it’s a drive through Incase you don’t want to get out of your car.
