If they have to order a part, it is always there the next day and they can always tell you what day it will arrive. The staff knows how to connect customers with the right parts and will try very hard to help if you are polite and give them time. They are only selling parts, not paid to fix problems, but they provide helpful recommendations. For those in the region or hours from home, this NAPA has them covered, ensuring they can get back on their way.
