Ordered oil from them for the second time first time didn't have any issues that I know of. This time I called to check when I was finley going to get my delivery and was told the truck could not go on my driveway and it needed to be sanded...well my driveway is all dirt and little snow...sounds like a cop out to get a short day from the driver...it is the Adirondacks and you can't drive on my dirt driveway! I will never use this company ever again

Worst company ever..been with them a long time..I called see how much $ was left on our account he told me $224 he said not enough for delivery...$329.00 to deliver total...i said well can you deliver and i can pay the difference on friday payday..think he would say okay no problems you been a customerfor awhile..but nope right away he said no can't do that..COD.. rediculous Will be not going back to these guys next year!!!

Hometown oil has been my oil company for a few years now and they have always been respectable, kind, generous and fair. I recently had an emergency heating issue and when I called desperate for help they guaranteed me that they would get someone out to my house before the end of the day. By lunch time Randy (service gentleman) showed up as promised and not only repaired my furnace but took the time to explain what was wrong and how he would correct it, as well as recommending future service items to be considered. This is a fair and honest company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Watch everything the technician may do with your furnace. Two times we think they caused a problem which did not exist. They think they are lawyers or doctors with their hourly rate. Too bad for the consumer.
